本实用新型公开了一种具有反冲洗功能的洗衣粉料浆过滤装置，包括有筒形过滤桶主体，过滤桶侧壁设有进料管，底部设有出料管，内部设有开口对接在出料口上的筒形过滤内胆，过滤桶上端设有开口并安装有过滤截止阀，出料管上连接有反冲洗管，并在反冲洗管下方设有冲洗截止阀。本实用新型结构简单合理，安装使用方便，采用在反冲洗式设计，使得过滤装置在清洗时不必将过滤内胆取出，只需接入冲洗液，控制相应截止阀开闭即可，操作简单，省时省力，且清洗效果好，有效地提高了生产加工效率。

在洗衣粉的生产加工过程中，需要对洗衣粉料浆进行过滤处理，现有的过滤装置结构不够合理，使用不够方便，过滤装置在清洗时需要取出滤芯，且多为人工清洗，操作较为繁琐，费时费力，影响生产加工效率。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有反冲洗功能的洗衣粉料浆过滤装置，以解决现有技术中传统的过滤装置结构不够合理，使用不够方便，过滤装置在清洗时需要取出滤芯，且多为人工清洗，操作较为繁琐，费时费力，影响生产加工效率的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种具有反冲洗功能的洗衣粉料浆过滤装置，其特征在于：包括有筒形过滤桶主体，所述过滤桶侧壁设有进料管，底部设有出料管，内部设有开口对接在出料口上的筒形过滤内胆，所述过滤桶上端设有开口并安装有过滤截止阀，所述出料管上连接有反冲洗管，并在反冲洗管下方设有冲洗截止阀。

如图1所示，一种具有反冲洗功能的洗衣粉料浆过滤装置，包括有筒形过滤桶1主体，过滤桶1侧壁设有进料管2，底部设有出料管3，内部设有开口对接在出料口上的筒形过滤内胆4，过滤桶1上端设有开口并安装有过滤截止阀5，出料管3上连接有反冲洗管6，并在反冲洗管6下方设有冲洗截止阀7。
过滤桶1底部设有可拆卸密封端盖8，过滤内胆4和出料管3分别连接在密封端盖8内、外侧。
反冲洗管6上也设有截止阀9。

1.一种具有反冲洗功能的洗衣粉料浆过滤装置，其特征在于：包括有筒形过滤桶主体，所述过滤桶侧壁设有进料管，底部设有出料管，内部设有开口对接在出料口上的筒形过滤内胆，所述过滤桶上端设有开口并安装有过滤截止阀，所述出料管上连接有反冲洗管，并在反冲洗管下方设有冲洗截止阀。
