Claims (20)

複数の導体と、を有し、前記導体の各々は、前記電極の少なくとも1つを前記端子の少なくとも1つに電気的に結合させる、埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。 - 前記ベースは、前記プラグと電気通信する、請求項1に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記複数の電極は、更に、複数のセグメント電極を含む、請求項1に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記複数の電極は、更に、少なくとも1つのリング電極を含む、請求項3に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 埋込み可能な電気刺激リードであって、
遠位部分、遠位先端、及び近位部分を含むリード本体と、
前記リード本体の遠位部分に沿って配置された複数の電極と、を有し、前記複数の電極は、前記リード本体の遠位先端に配置されたチップ電極を含み、前記チップ電極は、電極本体と、前記電極本体から延びるステムと、前記ステムから延びる複数の保持形状部とを有し、前記リード本体の一部分は、前記ステム及び前記保持形状部の周りに延び、前記保持形状部は、前記リード本体における前記チップ電極の保持を容易にし、
更に、前記リードの近位部分に沿って配置された複数の端子と、
複数の導体と、を有し、前記導体の各々は、前記電極の少なくとも1つを前記端子の少なくとも1つに電気的に結合させる、埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。 - 前記複数の保持形状部は、一方の側に傾斜縁部を有し且つその反対側に段付き縁部を有する少なくとも1つの保持形状部を含む、請求項5に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記複数の保持形状部は、少なくとも1つの突起ねじ山を含む、請求項5に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記複数の保持形状部は、少なくとも1つの段付き部を含む、請求項5に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 埋込み可能な電気刺激リードであって、
遠位部分、遠位先端、及び近位部分を含むリード本体と、
前記リード本体の遠位部分に沿って配置された複数の電極と、を有し、前記複数の電極は、前記リード本体の遠位先端に配置されたチップ電極を含み、前記チップ電極は、電極本体と、前記電極本体から延びるステムと、前記ステムにおいて前記電極本体の反対側に取付けられたフランジとを有し、前記リード本体の一部分は、前記ステム及び前記フランジの周りに延び、前記フランジは、前記リード本体における前記チップ電極の保持を容易にし、
更に、前記リードの近位部分に沿って配置された複数の端子と、
複数の導体と、を有し、前記導体の各々は、前記電極の少なくとも1つを前記端子の少なくとも1つに電気的に結合させる、埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。 - 前記フランジは、非円形であり、前記リード本体の遠位先端の周りにおける前記チップ電極の回転に抵抗する、請求項9に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記フランジは、複数の窪みを含む、請求項10に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記複数の導体は、前記複数の窪みの1つのところで前記チップ電極のフランジに結合されたチップ電極導体を含む、請求項11に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 埋込み可能な電気刺激リードであって、
遠位部分、遠位先端、及び近位部分を含むリード本体と、
前記リード本体の遠位部分に沿って配置された複数の電極と、を有し、前記複数の電極は、前記リード本体の遠位先端に配置されたチップ電極を含み、前記チップ電極は、電極本体を有し、前記電極本体は、内腔と、前記内腔の中に延びる複数の突起を有し、前記リード本体の一部分は、前記電極本体の内腔の中に延び、前記内腔内の複数の突起は、前記リード本体における前記チップ電極の保持を容易にし且つ前記リード本体の遠位先端の周りにおける前記チップ電極の回転を妨げ、
更に、前記リードの近位部分に沿って配置された複数の端子と、
複数の導体と、を有し、前記導体の各々は、前記電極の少なくとも1つを前記端子の少なくとも1つに電気的に結合させる、埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。 - 前記電極本体は、前記内腔への開口を更に有し、前記開口は、前記開口の周りに形成され且つ前記開口に非円形形状を付与する複数の突起を有する、請求項13に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記開口の周りに形成された前記複数の突起は、それに隣接した前記内腔の表面に対するフランジ状構造を構成する、請求項14に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記電極本体は、更に、ベースと、前記ベースに取付けられた分離プラグとを含む、請求項13に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 埋込み可能な電気刺激リードであって、

更に、前記リードの近位部分に沿って配置された複数の端子と、
複数の導体と、を有し、前記導体の各々は、前記電極の少なくとも1つを前記端子の少なくとも1つに電気的に結合させる、埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。 - 前記アームは、前記電極本体の周りに規則的な間隔で配置される、請求項17に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
- 前記複数の電極は、複数のセグメント電極を更に含む、請求項17に記載の埋込み可能な電気刺激リード。
