Claims (5)
- フロートガラスを形成するための方法であって、
ガラス溶融ステップを含み、溶融したガラスがフロートバスへと吐出し、溶融金属面上にガラスリボンを形成し、ガラスリボンは、受け取りスラグ・チャンバ・シャフトおよび焼きなまし炉シャフトによって前記フロートバスから搬送され、前記ガラスリボンは、前記ガラスリボン上部の大気圧を、下方より前記ガラスリボンに作用する圧力に対して低下させることによって、前記受け取りスラグ・チャンバ・シャフトの面より上に持ち上げられ、前記スラグチャンバ領域内で搬送する間この位置に維持される方法。 - 前記受け取りスラグ・チャンバ・シャフトの領域において前記ガラスリボン上部の大気圧を、一定量だけ低下することによって、前記ガラスリボンを前記受け取りシャフトより上に持ち上げ、搬送する間持ち上げられた位置に維持する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記受け取りスラグ・チャンバ・シャフトの領域における前記ガラスリボン上部の大気圧の低減が、真空システムに接続された1つまたは複数のポンピング装置によって行なわれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガラスリボンを前記スラグチャンバの前記受け取りシャフトより上に持ち上げる作業が、ポンピング装置によって行なわれる前記ガラスリボン上方面に対する局所的な空気/ガス混合気体の加圧作用によって制限される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- スラグチャンバ内の前記ガラスリボン上部の大気圧の低下が、空気/ガス混合気体のポンピング作用と、局所的な加圧作用との組み合わせによって生じる、請求項1に記載の方法。
