Claims (17)
- 窒化ホウ素ナノチューブ−窒化ホウ素(BN-BN)ナノ複合材料を形成するための方法であって、以下の各工程:
窒化ホウ素を含むセラミックス先駆物質を合成すること;
窒化ホウ素ナノチューブの溶液を窒化ホウ素を含むセラミックス先駆物質と一緒にし、それにより複合材料の先駆物質を形成すること;
複合材料の先駆物質から少なくとも一つの未処理成形体を形成すること;および
形成した未処理成形体を熱分解してBN-BN複合セラミックスとすること;
