Claims (10)
- 基板、及び
基板上に順次形成されたOLED画素層、分光層及び円偏光板層を含む有機発光ダイオード(OLED)表示構造において、
前記分光層は光をo光及びe光に分割し、さらに前記o光及びe光をいずれも前記円偏光板層と同じ偏光状態の円偏光に変換し、
前記円偏光板層は、それと同じ偏光状態の円偏光を透過させるものであることを特徴とする有機発光ダイオード(OLED)表示構造。 - 前記分光層は複屈折結晶層、及び、
前記複屈折結晶層上に形成されたo光四分の一波長板層及びe光四分の一波長板層を含み、
そのうち、前記o光四分の一波長板層は、o光を前記円偏光板層と同じ偏光状態の円偏光に変換するものであって、
前記e光四分の一波長板層は、e光を前記円偏光板層と同じ偏光状態の円偏光に変換するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のOLED表示構造。 - 前記o光四分の一波長板層と、前記e光四分の一波長板層の光軸方向は互いに垂直であり、且つ前記o光四分の一波長板層と、前記e光四分の一波長板層の光軸はそれぞれ、その対応するo光とe光の偏光方向と45°夾角を呈することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のOLED表示構造。
- 前記複屈折結晶層は方解石結晶、石英またはルビーによって製作されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のOLED表示構造。
- 前記円偏光板層は四分の一波長板層及びその上に形成する直線偏光板を含み、
そのうち、前記四分の一波板層は円偏光を直線偏光に変換するもので、
前記直線偏光板は、同じ偏光方向の直線偏光を透過させるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれに記載のOLED表示装置。 - さらにレンズ層を含み、前記レンズ層は前記OLED画素層及び前記分光層の間に位置し、前記OLED画素層から出る光を平行光に収束してから前記分光層に入射させる事を特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のOLED表示構造。
- 前記レンズ層は透明基板、及び前記透明基板の両側にそれぞれ形成された第一凸レンズ及び第二凸レンズを含み、そのうち、前記第一凸レンズと前記第二凸レンズの焦点または焦点平面は重なることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のOLED表示構造。
- 前記レンズ層は透明基板、及び前記透明基板の両側にそれぞれ形成された第一凸レンズと凹レンズ微細構造層を含み、そのうち、前記第一凸レンズ及び前記凹レンズ微細構造層は組み合わせることで、光を平行光に収束させることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のOLED表示装置。
- 前記透明基板は反射層を含み、前記反射層は環境光を前記円偏光板層に反射させて吸収させるものであることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載のOLED表示構造。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のOLED表示構造を含むことを特徴とする有機発光ダイオード(OLED)表示装置。
