Claims (18)
- 哺乳類対象の体腔内における振動刺激のためのデバイスであって:
刺激部材を対象の体腔に導入可能である第1の状態と、刺激部材の外表面が体腔内の体組織に当接し、哺乳類対象の体腔内の体組織に振動を付与するように適合されるような容積まで刺激部材を拡張させた第2の状態とで配置可能である、拡張可能な刺激部材と;
振動発生器を制御して、刺激部材を振動パターンにしたがって振動させるように適合された振動コントローラと;を備え、
振動パターンは、第1の周波数の主要な周期的要素と、第1の周波数よりも高い第2の周波数の励起刺激とを含む、デバイス。 - 第1の周波数は、50〜90Hz、60〜80Hz、および約68Hzのような、10〜100Hzの範囲内である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 第2の周波数は第1の周波数の少なくとも1.5倍の高さである、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 第2の周波数は、第1の周波数の1.9〜4倍のような、1.5〜5倍の高さである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 振動パターンは連続波形を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 体腔は対象の鼻腔であり、第2の状態にある刺激部材の外表面は鼻腔内の組織に当接するように適合される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 刺激部材を対象に固定するように適合された固着部材をさらに備える、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記固着部材はヘッドバンドを含む、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 第1の周波数は68Hzのような50〜70Hzの範囲内であり、第2の周波数は110〜320Hzのような90〜400Hzの範囲内である、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 体腔は対象の腸であり、第2の状態にある刺激部材の外表面は腸内の組織に当接するように適合される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 第1の周波数は10〜20Hzの範囲内であり、第2の周波数は68Hzのような50〜70Hzの範囲内である、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 振動は、流体圧、偏心重りを備えたモータ、および電気活性材料のうち1つまたはそれ以上を用いて発生される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 刺激部材が20〜170mbarの圧力で体組織に当接するように適合されるようにして、デバイスが構成される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 主要な周期的要素は第1の周波数の主要な刺激によって提供され、主要な刺激は励起刺激と少なくとも部分的に重畳される、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 振動発生器は、第1の周波数調整モジュールおよび第2の周波数調整モジュールを備え、振動コントローラは、第1の周波数調整モジュールを制御して第1の周波数の振動を提供し、第2の周波数調整モジュールを制御して第2の周波数の振動を提供するように構成され、第1および第2の周波数調整モジュールの出力が加算されて振動パターンが提供される、請求項14に記載のデバイス。
