Claims (10)
- 第1の導体(44,46)及び第2の導体(46,44)を有する電力ケーブル(19)の端部と、起爆ワイヤ(40;40a−d)と、前記起爆ワイヤ(40;40a−d)の端部を前記電力ケーブル(19)の端部に接続する手段(34;50,52)と、を備えている電気液圧式放電用のツールヘッド(6)であって、
前記起爆ワイヤ(40;40a−d)は、直列に取り付けられた数個のセグメントを備えることを特徴とする、ツールヘッド(6)。 - 前記起爆ワイヤ(40;40a−d)は、少なくとも3つのセグメントを備える、請求項1に記載のツールヘッド(6)。
- 絶縁材料の管状部分(38;48)の中央に配置される中央電極(36;44)を有し、前記中央電極(36;44)は、一方では前記電力ケーブルの前記第1の導体(44,46)に接続される近位端を、他方では前記起爆ワイヤ(40;40a−d)の一端部に接続される遠位端とを有し、前記起爆ワイヤ(40;40a−d)の他方の端部は、前記接続手段によって前記電力ケーブル(19)の前記第2の導体(46,44)に接続される、請求項1又は2に記載のツールヘッド(6)。
- 前記各セグメント(40a−d)は、中間電極(42)と称されるコネクタによって、隣接しているセグメントに接続される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のツールヘッド(6)。
- 前記各中間電極(42)は、前記絶縁材料の前記管状部分(38;48)の外周に取り付けられる、請求項3及び4に記載のツールヘッド(6)。
- 前記起爆ワイヤ(40)は、単品で作成され、前記セグメントは、前記起爆ワイヤ(40)を電気的に導電材料製の取付手段(54)を用いて支持体に局所的に取り付けることによって作成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のツールヘッド(6)。
- 前記起爆ワイヤ(40)は、前記絶縁材料の前記管状部分(38;48)の外側に置かれ、導電リング(54)が、前記起爆ワイヤ(40)を前記絶縁材料の管状部分(38;48)の前記外周上に局所的に保持して、前記リングの間にワイヤセグメントを作成する、請求項3及び6に記載のツールヘッド(6)。
- 前記電力ケーブル(19)は同軸ケーブルである、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のツールヘッド(6)。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のツールヘッド(6)を備える、電気液圧式放電ツール。
- 請求項9に記載の電気液圧式放電ツールを備える、電気液圧式成形装置。
