Claims (13)
- リザーバから作動油を送出するポンプと、
第1ポートおよび第2ポートを有するアクチュエータと、
ポンプと第1ポートとの間に配置されるメータ-インバルブおよび第2ポートとリザーバとの間に配置されるメータ-アウトバルブを含み、アクチュエータを通過する作動油の流れを制御する計量バルブアレンジメントと、
計量バルブアレンジメントの操作を制御するコントローラと、を含み、
油圧システムは、メータ-インバルブのオリフィスサイズを制御することによりコントローラがアクチュエータを通過する作動油の流量を制御するメータ-インモードで操作可能であり、油圧システムは、メータ-アウトバルブのオリフィスサイズを制御することによりコントローラがアクチュエータを通過する作動油の流量を制御するメータ-アウトモードで操作可能であり、コントローラは、メータ-インモードとメータ-アウトモードとの両方でメータ-アウトバルブから得られるデータに基づきアクチュエータを通過する作動油の流量を決定する、ことを特徴とする油圧システム。 - アクチュエータは、第1方向および第2方向へ作動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載された油圧システム。
- アクチュエータが第1方向へ作動するとき、作動油は、第1ポートから第2ポートへ流通することを特徴とする請求項2に記載された油圧システム。
- アクチュエータが第2方向へ作動するとき、作動油は、第2ポートから第1ポートへ流通することを特徴とする請求項2に記載された油圧システム。
- コントローラへ制御信号を送信するためのユーザインタフェースをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された油圧システム。
- ユーザインタフェースは、少なくとも1つのジョイスティック、レバー、制御ボタン、およびキーボードを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された油圧システム。
- メータ-インバルブおよびメータ-アウトバルブは、各々、可変オリフィスバルブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載された油圧システム。
- メータ-インバルブを作動させることで油圧アクチュエータへの作動油の流れを制御するメータ-インモードで油圧システムを操作するステップと、
油圧アクチュエータで入口負荷を検出するステップと、
油圧アクチュエータで出口負荷を検出するステップと、
出口負荷が入口負荷よりも大きいとき、油圧アクチュエータからの作動油圧の流れがメータ-アウトバルブを作動させることにより制御されるメータ-アウトモードで油圧システムを操作するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする油圧システムを制御する方法。 - メータ-インモードとメータ-アウトモードとの両方で、メータ-アウトバルブに配置されたセンサから送信される信号の少なくとも一部に基づき油圧システムを通過する作動油の流量を決定するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載された方法。
- センサは、少なくとも1つの流量センサ、バルブコントローラ位置センサ、バルブアクチュエータ電流センサ、および作動油圧センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載された方法。
- メータ-インバルブとメータ-アウトバルブとは、各々、可変オリフィスバルブを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載された方法。
- ユーザインタフェースから制御信号を受信するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載された方法。
