Claims (9)
- 血管閉塞(10a)を除去するデバイス(1)であって、前記血管閉塞(10a)に対応して配置するために血管(10)内に挿入するのに適した第1のガイド・ワイヤ(2);前記デバイス(1)は、磁界を放出するのに適した放出器(3a)を備えることを特徴とし、及び前記血管閉塞(10a)に対応する前記血管(10)内で、前記第1のガイド・ワイヤ(2)に対して反対側に前記放出器(3a)を設置可能にするのに適した第2のガイド・ワイヤ(4)を備えるデバイス(1)において、前記第1のガイド・ワイヤ(2)は、前記放出器(3a)が前記第1のガイド・ワイヤ(2)に対し復元力を加えることができるように強磁性材料製である少なくとも1つの頭部(2a)を有することを特徴とする、デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出器(3a)は、前記第2のガイド・ワイヤ(4)に沿って摺動するように、前記放出器(3a)を前記第2のガイド・ワイヤ(4)と係合可能にするのに適した空洞を備える、請求項1に記載の除去デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出器(3a)は永久磁石を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の除去デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出器(3a)はネオジム−鉄−ホウ素合金から構成される、請求項1から3のうちいずれか一項に記載の除去デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出器(3a)は正方晶Nd2Fe14B合金から構成される、請求項1から4のうちいずれか一項に記載の除去デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出器(3a)は、電力供給したときに前記磁界を放出するのに適した電磁型である、請求項1又は2に記載の除去デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出器(3a)を電源に接続するのに適した電気接続手段(3c)を備える、請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の除去デバイス(1)。
- 前記電源は、前記放出器(3a)が可変磁界を放出できるように前記放出器(3a)に交流電流を供給するのに適している、請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載の除去デバイス(1)。
- 前記放出器(3a)を封入するのに適した被覆部(3b)を備える、請求項3から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の除去デバイス(1)。
