Claims (19)
- 翼の縁の成形工具(10)であって、
翼のための通路(20)を有しているハウジング(14)と、
翼の縁の所望の形状を有している研磨用構造物(40)と、
前記翼の縁に追従し、第1の次元における前記研磨用構造物(40)の移動を制限するガイドベアリング(50、52)と、
第2の次元における前記研磨用構造物(40)の移動を許容する縁ガイド(80、82)と
を備える成形工具。 - 前記ガイドベアリング(50、52)が、前記翼に対する前記研磨用構造物(40)の横移動を制限する請求項1に記載の成形工具。
- 前記ガイドベアリング(50、52)が、第1のベアリングおよび第2のベアリングを含む請求項1に記載の成形工具。
- 前記縁ガイド(80、82)が、第1の回転輪および第2の回転輪である請求項3に記載の成形工具。
- 前記第1および第2の回転輪の一方が、不動であり、前記第1および第2の回転輪の他方が、浮動である請求項4に記載の成形工具。
- 前記第1の回転輪および前記第2の回転輪が、当該工具を前記翼の縁に沿って案内する請求項4に記載の成形工具。
- モータをさらに備える請求項1に記載の成形工具。
- 前記モータが、空気圧、油圧、または電気のうちの1つである請求項7に記載の成形工具。
- 前記モータが、前記研磨用構造物に駆動可能に接続されている請求項7に記載の成形工具。
- 手持ち式である請求項1に記載の成形工具。
- 翼の縁の成形工具(10)であって、
翼の縁のためのあらかじめ選択された形状を有している砥石車(40)を露出させる場所を有しているハウジング(14)と、

前記翼の前記縁に沿った前記砥石車(40)の案内された移動を可能にする縁ガイド(80、82)と
を備える翼成形工具。 - 前記砥石車(40)に作用可能に接続されたモータをさらに備える請求項11に記載の翼成形工具。
- 前記砥石車(40)が、2つの回転輪で形成されている請求項11に記載の翼成形工具。
- 前記2つの回転輪の各々が、前記あらかじめ選択された形状の一部分を定めている請求項13に記載の翼成形工具。
- 前記ガイドベアリング(50、52)が回転する請求項11に記載の翼成形工具。
- 前記ガイドベアリング(50、52)が、2つのベアリングを含む請求項11に記載の翼成形工具。
- 前記縁ガイド(80、82)が、前記翼の縁に沿った当該工具の移動を案内する請求項11に記載の翼成形工具。
- 手持ち式である請求項11に記載の翼成形工具。
- 翼の成形工具(10)であって、
内部に位置するモータと、前記モータに作動可能に接続された砥石車(40)とを有するハウジング(14)と、
第1の方向における前記翼の縁に対する前記砥石車(40)の回転または横移動の少なくとも一方を制限するガイドベアリング(50、52)と、
前記第1の方向におおむね垂直な第2の方向における前記翼の縁に沿った当該工具の移動を案内する翼の縁ガイド(80、82)と
を備えており、
前記砥石車(40)が、所望の翼の輪郭形状を有している成形工具。
