Claims (11)
- 天然ガス用の圧縮機システムであって、
出力回転部材(DO)を備える駆動機(DR)と、
入力回転部材(GI)および出力回転部材(GO)を備える遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)であって、1よりも大きいギヤ比を有し、それにより入力から出力へ回転数を増大させる前記遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)と、
入力回転部材(CI)を備える、天然ガスを圧縮するための遠心圧縮機(CC)とを備え、
前記駆動機(DR)の前記出力回転部材(DO)が、前記遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)の前記入力回転部材に連結され、かつ、前記遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)の前記出力回転部材(GO)が、前記遠心圧縮機(CC)の前記入力回転部材(CI)に連結される、圧縮機システム。 - 前記遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)が、多段式、好ましくは2段式、および/または複合型である、請求項1に記載の圧縮機システム。
- 前記駆動機(DR)が、電動機(EM)またはガスタービン(GT)または蒸気タービン(ST)である、請求項1または2に記載の圧縮機システム。
- 前記ギヤボックスが、前記駆動機(DR)もしくは脚部、または前記駆動機(DR)および脚部に取り付けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機システム。
- 天然ガスを圧縮するための更に別の遠心圧縮機(CC)を備え、前記遠心圧縮機(CC)および前記別の遠心圧縮機(CC)が、前記駆動機(DR)の前記出力回転部材(DO)に列構成で接続される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機システム。
- 遠心圧縮機(CC)が、1よりも大きいギヤ比を有する遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)を介して駆動機(DR)により駆動される、前記遠心圧縮機(CC)を介しての天然ガスの圧縮方法。
- 前記遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)の前記ギヤ比が、5〜20の範囲である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記駆動機(DR)が出力回転部材(DO)を備え、前記出力回転部材(DO)が、2つ以上の遠心圧縮機(CC)を異なる回転数で駆動するために使用される、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記駆動機(DR)を可変回転数で動作させる、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のガス用の圧縮機システムを備えるプラント。
- ガス用の圧縮機システムを備えるプラントであって、前記圧縮機システムが、
出力回転部材(DO)を備える駆動機(DR)と、
入力回転部材(GI)および出力回転部材(GO)を備える遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)であって、1よりも大きいギヤ比を有し、それにより入力から出力へ回転数を増大させる前記遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)と、
入力回転部材(CI)を備える、ガスを圧縮するための遠心圧縮機(CC)とを備え、
前記駆動機(DR)の前記出力回転部材(DO)が、前記遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)の前記入力回転部材(GI)に連結され、かつ、前記遊星ギヤボックス(EGB)の前記出力回転部材(GO)が、前記圧縮機の前記入力回転部材(CI)に連結される、プラント。
