Abstract
Description
・積分電位と所定のしきい値電位との間の比較に応じて切り替わり得る比較器と、
・比較器の出力に接続され、比較器の各切り替わりと共に増加するカウンターと、
・比較器の各切り替わりと共に、集積ノードにおいて反電荷の量Qcを注入する反電荷注入回路と、
・注入される反電荷の量Qcを決定する、反電荷注入回路を制御する手段とを備え、
本アナログ−デジタル変換回路は、カウンターの値に応じて、注入される反電荷の量Qcを制御手段が決定することを特徴とする。
Claims (8)
- 入射光子放射に応じて電荷を生成する検出器(11)を備える、撮像装置用のアナログ−デジタル変換回路であって、前記電荷が集積ノード(A)上における積分電位(Va)の変動をもたらし、前記アナログ−デジタル変換回路(12、22)が:
・前記積分電位(Va)と所定のしきい値電位(Vseuil)との間の比較に応じて切り替わり得る比較器(122)と、
・前記比較器(122)の出力に接続され、前記比較器の各切り替わりと共に増加するカウンター(123)と、
・前記比較器の各切り替わりと共に、前記集積ノード(A)において反電荷の量Qcを注入する反電荷注入回路(124、224)と、
・注入される前記反電荷の量Qcを決定する、前記反電荷注入回路(124、224)を制御する手段(125)とを備え、
前記アナログ−デジタル変換回路(12、22)が、前記カウンター(123)の値に応じて、注入される前記反電荷の量Qcを前記制御手段(125)が決定することを特徴とする回路。 - 前記カウンター(123)の値が1つ又は複数の所定のしきい値に達する度に、前記制御手段(125)が前記量Qcを変化させるように形成される、請求項1に記載の回路。
- 前記カウンター(123)が所定のビット数を備え、各所定のしきい値が前記カウンター(123)のビットの1つの最初の切り替わりに対応する、請求項2に記載の回路。
- 前記カウンター(123)の値が所定のしきい値に達する度に、注入される前記反電荷の量Qcが2倍にされる、請求項2又は3に記載の回路。
- 各々が反電荷の所定の量を注入できる複数の反電荷注入器(1240〜1245)を、前記反電荷注入回路(124、224)が含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回路。
- 反電荷注入器(2240〜2245)が各々同一の反電荷の量Q0を注入可能であり、前記集積ノード(A)上における反電荷の各注入量Qcが、1つ又は複数の反電荷の注入器(2240〜2245)を選ぶことによって変化する、請求項5に記載の回路。
- 前記反電荷注入器(1240〜1245)が各々異なる反電荷の量を注入可能であり、前記集積ノード(A)上における反電荷の各注入量Qcが、前記反電荷の注入器(1240〜1245)の中の1つを選ぶことによって変化する、請求項5に記載の回路。
- 入射光子放射に応じて、集積ノード(A)上の検出電位(Va)の変動をもたらす電荷を生成する検出器(11)を備える撮像装置と、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のアナログ−デジタル変換回路(12、22)。
