−熱衝撃試験/サイクル試験−300時間
−分解炉内での高温ガス腐食試験
−DIN EN ISO 3651−2準拠のシュトラウス試験
−摩擦計での振動摩擦摩耗試験:動作温度(1020℃)におけるブッシュ/シャフト
本発明による構成要素(シャフト/ブッシュ)を熱サイクル試験にかけた。この試験では、以下のように熱衝撃試験を実施した。
1.静止ロータの使用
2.2−EGT操作、
3.試験時間:350時間(約2000サイクル)、
4.試験の全体にわたって、EGTの排気ガスフラップは15°開放したままにした。
5.高温:公称馬力点T3=750℃、タービン側の質量流量EGT:0.5kg/s、
6.低温:T3=100℃、タービン側の質量流量EGT:0.5kg/s、
7.サイクル時間:2×5分(10分)、
8.3回の中間亀裂試験の実施。

Claims (10)
- 炭化物構造を備えるオーステナイトベースの構造を有する鉄ベース合金からなる、特にディーゼルエンジンのターボチャージャ用途用の構成要素。
- W、Cr及びNbから選択された元素の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のターボチャージャ用途用の構成要素。
- C、W、Cr、Mn、Ni、V、Nb及びSiから選択された元素の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1又は2に記載のターボチャージャ用途用の構成要素。
- 実質的に次の元素、
C:0.1〜0.5重量%、特に0.25〜0.4重量%、
Cr:20〜28重量%、特に24〜26重量%、
Mn:1.3重量%より小さいかまたは等しい、特に1重量%より小さいかまたは等しい、
Si:0.5〜1.8重量%、特に0.7〜1.5重量%、
Nb:0.5〜2.0重量%、特に0.8〜1.5重量%、

を含む.ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ用途用の構成要素。 - 実質的にσ相を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ用途用の構成要素。
- 前記構成要素が、運動学構成要素及び/又はウェイストゲート構成要素及び/又はVTG構成要素、特にVTG構成要素及び/又はフラップマウント部品であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のターボチャージャ用途用の構成要素。
- 炭化物構造を備えるオーステナイトベースの構造を有する鉄ベース合金からなる少なくとも1つの構成要素を備える、特にディーゼルエンジン用の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記構成要素が、W、Cr及びNbから選択された元素の少なくとも1つ、特にC、W、Cr、Mn、Ni、V、Nb及びSiから選択された元素の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項7に記載の排気ターボチャージャ。
- 前記構成要素が、実質的に次の元素、
C:0.1〜0.5重量%、特に0.25〜0.4重量%、
Cr:20〜28重量%、特に24〜26重量%、
Mn:1.3重量%より小さいかまたは等しい、特に1重量%より小さいかまたは等しい、
