Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 皮膚加熱エネルギーによる個人用皮膚治療のための装置であって、
皮膚に対向するアプリケータの表面に取り付けられた少なくとも一つの剛性電極であって、対象の「骨ばった」皮膚セグメントに少なくとも部分的に接触し、かつ、RF電圧を前記皮膚に適用して皮膚インピーダンスを測定するべく動作可能な剛性電極と、
前記剛性電極にRFエネルギーを供給するべく動作可能なRFエネルギー生成器と、
前記RF生成器と通信する制御ユニットと
を含み、
前記制御ユニットは、皮膚インピーダンスを連続的にモニタリングし及びモニタリングされた皮膚インピーダンスの変化速度を計算するメカニズムであって、前記剛性電極に供給されるRFエネルギーを、皮膚インピーダンス及び皮膚インピーダンス変化速度の関数として調整するメカニズムを含む装置。 - 前記制御ユニットは、前記モニタリングされた皮膚インピーダンス又は前記皮膚インピーダンスの変化速度に基づいてRF電極・皮膚接触品質を決定するメカニズムをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記RFエネルギーの前記剛性電極への供給を、RF電極・皮膚接触品質の関数として調整する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記アプリケータは、前記剛性電極に配置された少なくとも2つの温度センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アプリケータは、それぞれがプローブに配置された少なくとも2つの温度センサをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記温度センサ間の温度差をモニタリングし、前記差を所定プロトコルと対比し、及びそれに従って前記剛性電極へのRFエネルギー供給を調整するべく動作可能なメカニズム(132)を含む、請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記温度差をモニタリングするべく動作可能なメカニズムは、温度変化速度を計算し、及び前記温度変化速度に基づいて前記剛性電極へのRFエネルギー供給を調整するべく動作可能である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記温度センサ間の温度差をモニタリングするべく動作可能なメカニズムによって与えられた温度差に基づいて、前記剛性電極にわたる温度分布のマップを表示する、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記剛性電極間の皮膚を照射かつ加熱するべく動作可能な少なくとも一つの光放射源と、
少なくとも一つのばね留め又は固定取り付け温度センサであって、皮膚温度を測定してその測定値を、前記温度センサ間の温度差をモニタリングするべく動作可能なメカニズムに与えるべく動作可能な温度センサと
をさらに含み、
前記制御ユニットは、前記温度センサ間の温度差の関数として光放射強度を調整する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 少なくとも一つの超音波エネルギー源であって、そのエネルギーを前記剛性電極間の皮膚に結合かつ加熱するべく動作可能な超音波エネルギー源と、
少なくとも一つのばね留め温度センサであって、皮膚温度を測定してその測定値を、前記温度センサ間の温度差をモニタリングするべく動作可能なメカニズムに与えるべく動作可能な温度センサと
をさらに含み、
前記制御ユニットは、前記温度センサ間の温度差の関数として超音波エネルギー強度を調整する、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 電極・皮膚接触品質を使用者に表示し、かつ、剛性電極温度分布のマップを表示するべく動作可能な少なくとも一つの可視信号インジケータと、
前記電極・皮膚接触品質を使用者に表示するべく動作可能な少なくとも一つの可聴信号インジケータと
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 皮膚加熱エネルギーの皮膚への適用を使用者が制御する効果の方法であって、
少なくとも一つの剛性RF電極と、可視信号インジケータと、少なくとも一つの可聴信号インジケータと、RFエネルギー源とを有するアプリケータを皮膚に結合することと、
前記エネルギーを前記皮膚に適用することと、
前記アプリケータを前記皮膚にわたって変位させて少なくとも皮膚インピーダンス変化をモニタリングし、かつ、皮膚インピーダンス変化速度を計算することと、
前記皮膚インピーダンス変化及び前記皮膚インピーダンス変化速度に基づいて部分的な電極・皮膚接触を標識することと
を含む方法。 - 前記剛性RF電極に供給されるRFエネルギーを前記部分的な電極・皮膚接触の関数として調整することをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記剛性電極に配置された少なくとも2つの温度センサ間の温度差をモニタリングすることと、
前記差を所定プロトコルと対比することと、
それに従って前記剛性電極へのRFエネルギー供給を調整することとをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
