Claims (11)
- 荷重を付加するための手段を有する取付領域(14)と、受容孔に充填された硬化可能な有機及び/又は無機モルタル化合物と相互作用する型出しされた部分(16)とを含む、前記受容孔に挿入が可能な固定領域(12)と、を備えたアンカーロッドであって、
前型出しされた部分は軸方向に一列に配置された複数の拡張部を備え、前記複数の拡張部は円錐形を有し、その各々の直径が前記アンカーロッドの自由先端の方向に沿って増加するものに於いて、
前記拡張部の長さ(p)の掘削孔の平均直径(dcut, med)に対する比が0.40から0.60、
前記拡張部の外径(dA)のコア径(dK)に対する比が1.35から1.55、
前記拡張部の円錐角(α)が22.5°から27.5°である
ことを特徴とするアンカーロッド。 - 前記拡張部の前記長さ(p)の前記掘削孔の平均直径(dcut, med)に対する比が0.40から0.55、
前記拡張部の前記外径(dA)の前記コア径(dK)に対する比が1.40から1.55、
前記拡張部の前記円錐角(α)が25°である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアンカーロッド。 - 前記円錐形の拡張部(16)の長さが、前記固定領域(12)の長手方向でほぼ一定である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアンカーロッド。
- 前記円錐形の拡張部(16)の表面は、前記有機及び/又は無機モルタル化合物と粘着しない性質を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載のアンカーロッド。
- 前記円錐形の拡張部(16)の表面にコーティングを設ける、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアンカーロッド。
- 前記円錐形の拡張部(16)の表面に光沢性のニッケル及び/又はクロムのめっきを設ける、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアンカーロッド。
- 前記円錐形の拡張部(16)の表面が電気化学的に研磨されている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のアンカーロッド。
- 前記円錐形の拡張部(16)の表面が電解研磨されている、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアンカーロッド。
- 前記円錐形の拡張部(16)に前記有機及び/又は無機モルタル化合物を移動させる手段が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載のアンカーロッド。
- 前記有機及び/又は無機モルタル化合物を移動させる手段が流路である、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のアンカーロッド。
- 前記円錐形の拡張部(16)が前記アンカーロッドの前記固定領域(12)の周りに螺旋状に設置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載のアンカーロッド。
