Abstract
Description
脈動する流れを検査し、検査した流れに基づいて複数のスペクトル特性を導出し、導出した特性に基づいて、何れの1つ以上のパルスサイクルが前記流れを表すものとして選択されるべきかを決定する装置である。
インドのような新興成長市場国では、専門家の不足により超音波の利用可能性やアクセス性が制限される。従って、(超音波スキャン画像をユーザが解釈することを必要とせずに)臨床診断にドップラ信号を取得及び評価できる自動化された方法は、OB/GYNや心臓医学関係者等のような放射線の専門家ではない者(主要な処置を施す者)にとって有用である。
脈動する流れを検査し、検査した流れに基づいて複数のスペクトル特性を導出し、導出した特性に基づいて、前記流れを表すものとして何れの1つ以上のパルスサイクルが選択されるべきかを決定する装置である。
自動パルスサイクル選択に関する開示内容の説明の前に、本願出願人による特許出願で開示されているドップラ方式のプローブ(検査方法)を説明する。
Claims (24)
- 脈動する流れを検査し、検査した流れに基づいて複数のスペクトル特性を導出し、導出した特性に基づいて、何れの1つ以上のパルスサイクルが前記流れを表すものとして選択されるべきかを決定するように形成される装置。
- 選択される前記パルスサイクルは連続的である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記の選択の際に、所定数のパルスサイクルを選択する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所定数が5である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 当該装置がディスプレイを有し、前記の決定に応じて、選択されたパルスサイクルに属するパルスサイクルを表示するように形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 選択された前記パルスサイクルに属するパルスサイクルについて、臨床パラメータを算出するように形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 当該装置がディスプレイを有し、前記の算出に応じて、前記臨床パラメータを表示するように形成される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記流れが血管の血流である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 当該装置は、前記の検査の際に超音波を受信し、受信した前記超音波から、選択の候補のパルスサイクルを生成するように形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 携帯用スタンドアローン診断装置に含まれる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 当該装置がトランスデューサ素子を有し、当該装置は、前記の導出を実行する際に、任意のビームの焦点を合わせるために如何なるトランスデューサ素子もまとめては使用されず、如何なるビームも方向付けられないように形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記の決定に使用される血流パラメータ及び前記の決定が実行される医療用途のうちの少なくとも1つを指定するユーザインタフェースを有する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 当該装置がディスプレイを含むユーザインタフェースを有し、当該装置は、前記の選択を実行するために複数のセグメントを選択し、前記ディスプレイにおいて前記ユーザインタフェースによりユーザが選択した前記セグメントを表示するように形成され、前記複数のセグメントの各々は前記の複数のパルスサイクルにより形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 表示されるセグメントを強調することにより識別するように形成される請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記の選択の候補のパルスサイクルがスペクトログラムを成す、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記選択の候補のパルスサイクルの各々が複数の指定されたパラメータを有し、前記の決定において、前記指定されたパラメータのうち何れかが、前記スペクトログラムから導出される各自の平均から所定の量だけずれていた場合、前記パルスサイクルのうちで選択するサイクルから除外する、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記平均がメジアンである、請求項16に記載の装置。
- サイクルが複数の指定されたパラメータを有し、当該装置は、a)指定されたパラメータの平均からのずれの絶対値を指数として使用して或る項を算出し、b)該項を複数の指定されたパラメータに関して加算してサイクル品質メトリックを求めるように形成されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記指数の基底が、自然対数の底の関数である、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記の決定において、前記サイクル品質メトリックを加算して、サイクル総和セグメント品質メトリックを求める、請求項18に記載の装置。
- 前記選択の候補のサイクルに属するサイクルに関するドップラスペクトル波形キャリパー測定値である測定値の中で、前記の決定において、該測定値のずれを算出する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 選択されたサイクルに属する前記サイクルは、周波数シフトの時間変換を表す、請求項1に記載の装置。
- a)1つより多い山及び1つより多い谷のうちの少なくとも1つがサイクルに存在していること、b)サイクルのスペクトルバンドのうち所定の閾値を越える周波数応答、c)所定の期間の中でピーク的な心臓収縮値に達していないサイクル、及びd)所定の長さ未満のサイクルから成る群のうちの1つ以上に基づいて、選択の候補のサイクルを除外するように形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- コンピュータで読み取ることが可能な記憶媒体であって、パルスサイクルを選択するために複数の処理をプロセッサに実行させる命令を有するコンピュータプログラムを保存し、前記複数の処理は、
脈動する流れから、複数のスペクトル特性を導出し、導出した特性に基づいて、何れのサイクルが前記流れを表すものとして選択されるべきかを決定する処理を有する、記憶媒体。
