Claims (10)
- (a)開口プレート全体に及ぶノズルの配列を有する前記開口プレートであって、前記ノズルの配列が、行及び列に配置されている開口プレートと、
(b)インク供給室に流体接続された噴射器の配列であって、各噴射器が、
少なくとも3:1の長さ:幅比と、第1の端部と、前記第1の端部に対向する第2の端部とを有する本体室であって、前記第1の端部及び前記第2の端部が、高さを定めている本体室と、
前記本体室を、前記インク供給室に、流体接続する入口と、
前記開口プレート上のノズルに流体接続された、前記第1の端部の出口と、
前記本体室の前記第2の端部に隣接しているダイヤフラムとを備え、
各本体室の長さが、ノズルの行と角度をなしており、前記角度が、少なくとも10度である、噴射器の配列とを備えるインクジェットプリントヘッド。 - 互いに隣り合っているノズルの間隔が、200μmより大きい、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記プリントヘッドが、平坦な、パターン化された材料の積み重ねを接着することによって形成されている、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 各ダイヤフラムが、前記ダイヤフラムの片面に接触している圧電材料によって偏向される、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記圧電材料の厚さが、0.5μm〜50μmである、請求項4に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 導電トレースが、各ダイヤフラムに対向して配置されており、電圧が、前記ダイヤフラムに偏向を引き起こす静電力を誘起するために、前記導電トレースに印加される、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 各噴射器において、前記入口が、前記本体室の前記出口から離れている、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記本体室が、少なくとも10:1の長さ:幅比を有する、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記開口プレートが、長方形であり、長辺及び短辺を有し、前記ノズルの配列の前記行が、前記長辺に対して平行であり、前記ノズルの配列の前記列が、前記長辺に対して傾斜している、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
- 前記インク供給室が、単一のインク供給部により、複数の入口に接続されている、請求項1に記載のプリントヘッド。
