Abstract
【解決手段】定着器部材は基板層を含む。基板層は、複数のポリ(p−フェニレンベンゾビスチアゾール)繊維をポリイミド中に分散させた該ポリイミドを含む。中間層が基板層上に配置され、剥離層が中間層上に配置される。

Claims (10)
- 前記基板層上に配置された中間層;および
前記中間層上に配置された剥離層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の定着器部材。 - 前記中間層がシリコーンを含む、請求項2に記載の定着器部材。
- 前記剥離層がフルオロポリマーを含む、請求項2に記載の定着器部材。
- 前記複数のポリ(p−フェニレンベンゾビスチアゾール)繊維が約1ミクロンから約1,000ミクロンの直径を有する、請求項1に記載の定着器部材。
- 前記複数のポリ(p−フェニレンベンゾビスチアゾール)繊維が約0.1ミリメートルから約10ミリメートルの長さを有する、請求項1に記載の定着器部材。
- 前記複数のポリ(p−フェニレンベンゾビスチアゾール)繊維が、前記基板層の約0.1重量パーセントから約20重量パーセントを含む、請求項1に記載の定着器部材。
- 前記基板層がポリシロキサン(polysiloxaane)ポリマーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の定着器部材。
- 前記ポリシロキサンポリマーが前記基板層の約0.01重量パーセントから約1.0重量パーセントを含む、請求項8に記載の定着器部材。
- 前記基板層が少なくとも1種の充填剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の定着器部材。
