Abstract
【解決手段】絞り弁10は、第1のポート11と第2のポート12とを連通させる連通孔17を流れる空気の流量を絞り弁体22により連続的に増減する。連通孔17を有する弁座部材15がハウジング13に装着される。ハウジング13に形成されたモータ収容孔24には、電動モータ25が装着される。絞り弁体22は電動モータ25のモータ軸28により軸方向に駆動される。モータ収容孔24と電動モータ25の間は大径の固定シール部材41によりシールされ、モータ軸28は小径の回転シール部材42によりシールされる。

Claims (4)
- 第1のポートと第2のポートとを連通させる連通孔を有し、該連通孔を流れる空気の流量を絞り弁体により連続的に増減する絞り弁であって、
前記絞り弁体を軸方向に駆動するモータ軸を有し、モータ収容孔に装着される電動モータと、
前記モータ収容孔と前記電動モータとの間をシールする大径の固定シール部材と、
前記モータ軸をシールする小径の回転シール部材と、
を有する、絞り弁。 - 第1のポートと第2のポートとを連通させる連通孔を有し、該連通孔を流れる空気の流量を絞り弁体により連続的に増減する絞り弁であって、
前記連通孔を有する弁座部材が装着され、前記絞り弁体を軸方向に移動自在に案内する弁体案内孔が形成されたハウジングと、
前記絞り弁体を軸方向に駆動するモータ軸を有し、前記弁体案内孔に連通して前記ハウジングに形成されたモータ収容孔に装着される電動モータと、
前記モータ収容孔と前記電動モータとの間をシールする大径の固定シール部材と、
前記モータ軸をシールする小径の回転シール部材と、
を有する、絞り弁。 - 請求項2記載の絞り弁において、前記モータ軸に固定される回転駆動軸を有し、前記絞り弁体は雌ねじを有し、前記回転駆動軸は前記雌ねじに螺合する雄ねじを有する、絞り弁。
- 請求項1記載の絞り弁において、前記絞り弁体に軸方向のばね力を加える圧縮コイルばねを有する、絞り弁。
