Abstract
Description
図1を参照し、蓄電装置100の構造を説明する。蓄電装置100は、ケース18と、電極組立体52と、正極端子2と、負極端子30と、電流遮断装置50を備えている。ケース18は、金属製であり、略直方体形状である。ケース18は、蓋部18aと本体部18bを備えている。ケース18の内部には、電極組立体52と電流遮断装置50が収容されている。電極組立体52は、正極と負極を備えている(図示省略)。正極タブ16が正極に固定されており、負極タブ20が負極に固定されている。ケース18の内部には、電解液が注入されている。

Claims (6)
- 蓄電装置のケース内の圧力が所定値を超えたときに電極端子と電極の間の導通を遮断する電流遮断装置であって、
前記ケースに固定されている第1通電部材と、
前記第1通電部材に対向する位置に配置されている第2通電部材と、
前記第1通電部材と前記第2通電部材の間に配置されており、端部が前記第1通電部材に接続されており、ケース内の圧力が所定値以下のときは第1中央部が前記第2通電部材に接触しているとともに、ケース内の圧力が所定値を超えたときに前記第1中央部が前記第2通電部材と非接触になる第1変形部材と、
前記第2通電部材に対して前記第1変形部材とは反対側に配置されているとともに、前記ケース内の圧力が所定値以下のときは第2中央部が前記第2通電部材とは反対側に突出しており、前記ケース内の圧力が所定値を超えたときに前記第2中央部が前記第2通電部材に向けて移動する第2変形部材と、を備えており、
前記第2変形部材の前記第2中央部に、前記第2通電部材に向けて突出している塑性変形部が設けられている電流遮断装置。 - 前記塑性変形部の頂部の幅が、前記塑性変形部の他の部分の幅より大きい請求項1に記載の電流遮断装置。
- 前記塑性変形部に、絶縁性のキャップが取り付けられており、
前記キャップは、前記塑性変形部の前記他の部分に対応する位置に、鍔部が設けられている請求項2に記載の電流遮断装置。 - 前記頂部に平坦面が設けられている請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電流遮断装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電流遮断装置を備える蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電装置は、二次電池である請求項5に記載の蓄電装置。
