Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、回転中心と交差する方向に端面23aを有し、当該端面の回転中心部には支持穴29を有した被回転体1が、支持穴との嵌め込みにより鉛直方向から挿入される縦形のマンドレル17と、マンドレルの外周面に設けられ、マンドレルの外周面から噴出される流体により被回転体の支持穴内面を回転自在に受ける流体ラジアル軸受37と、マンドレルの周りに配置され、被回転体の端面に流体を噴出させ被回転体を浮上させる流体スラスト軸受47とを有するものとした。

Description
好ましくは、流体スラスト軸受は、被回転体の回転中心と外周端との中間部から端面の外周端までの領域に流体を噴出するものとした(請求項3)。
それ故、過大なアンバランス量を生じる場合でも、高い精度で被回転体のアンバランス量の計測ができる。
図1の斜視図は、被回転体、例えばターボ圧縮機のロータ1(ここでは例えばコンプレッサロータ)のアンバランス量(動的不釣合い量)を計測するバランス修正装置の概略的な構成を示し、例えば図中3は同装置の基板、5は同基板3の上面に立設されたフレーム体、7はフレーム体5の前方に配置された振動ブリッジ体を示している。
このときには、まず、図1および図2に示されるようにロータ1の支持穴29を、鉛直方向に起立しているマンドレル17に嵌めて、ロータ1をマンドレル17に装着する。すると、マンドレル17の嵌挿部33は支持穴29内に収まり、各壁部40の先端部はロータ1の外周端側の端面部分と向き合う。
しかし、流体スラスト軸受47で行われるロータ1のスラスト方向の支持は、支持穴29の開口縁部といったロータ1の外径と比較して狭い領域でなく、ロータ1の端面といったロータ1の外径と比較して広い領域で行われているから、ロータ1は、過大なアンバランス量に耐え得る高い支持剛性が確保される。これにより、過大なアンバランス量を受けて、傾こうとするロータ1の挙動は抑えられる。つまり、ロータ1は、傾かず、安定した直立姿勢に保たれ続ける。
本実施形態は、ロータ1のラジアル支持を、ボス部27の内側、すなわち支持穴29にて行うのではなく、ボス部27の外側、すなわち外周面にて行うようにしたものである。
すなわち、マンドレルとして、先端部にロータ1のボス部27の外周面に嵌め合い自在な円形の凹部67aを有するマンドレル67を用いる。この凹部67aの内周面には、図6に示されるように複数、例えば噴出孔68が周方向に等間隔に設けられている。噴出孔68は、マンドレル67の周壁部に設けた供給通路69および支持アーム体11に設けた中継通路71を介して、第1の実施形態と同様、圧軸受用流体供給装置(図示せず)に接続されている。これにて、凹部67aの内周面をラジアル軸受面、すなわち凹部67aの内周面から噴出される流体(例えば圧縮空気)によりボス部27の外周面を回転自在に受ける流体ラジアル軸受77を構成している。なお、流体スラスト軸受47は、第1の実施形態に記載した構造と同じである。

Claims (3)
- 回転中心と交差する方向に端面を有し、さらに当該端面の回転中心部には支持穴を有した被回転体が、前記支持穴との嵌め込みにより鉛直方向から挿入される縦形のマンドレルと、
前記マンドレルの外周面に設けられ、前記マンドレルの外周面から噴出される流体により前記被回転体の支持穴の内面を回転自在に受ける流体ラジアル軸受と、
前記マンドレルの周りに配置され、前記被回転体の端面に流体を噴出させ前記被回転体を浮上させる流体スラスト軸受と
を有する、バランス修正用支持装置。 - 回転中心と交差する方向に端面を有し、さらに当該端面の回転中心部にはボス部を有した被回転体の前記ボス部と嵌挿可能な凹部を有し、前記被回転体が、前記ボス部と前記凹部との嵌め込みにより鉛直方向から挿入される縦形のマンドレルと、
前記凹部の内周面に設けられ、前記凹部の内周面から噴出される流体により前記ボス部の外周面を回転自在に受ける流体ラジアル軸受と、
前記マンドレルの周りに配置され、前記被回転体の端面に流体を噴出させ前記被回転体を浮上させる流体スラスト軸受と
を有する、バランス修正用支持装置。 - 前記流体スラスト軸受は、前記被回転体の回転中心と前記端面の外周端との中間部から前記端面の外周端までの領域に流体を噴出するものである、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバランス修正用支持装置。
