Claims (9)
- ベースと、
前記ベースの上面側に上下動可能に配設されたキートップと、
前記ベースと前記キートップ間に配置され、印加電圧に応じて曲がるフィルムアクチュエータと、
前記ベースと前記キートップ間に配置され、前記キートップの位置を検出するための位置センサと、
前記フィルムアクチュエータに電圧を加えて、前記位置センサで検出されたキートップの位置に応じた反発力を発生させる制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするキーボード装置。 - 前記フィルムアクチュエータは、圧電フィルムと非圧電フィルムを積層した構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキーボード装置。
- 前記位置センサは、前記フィルムアクチュエータと同じ材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のキーボード装置。
- 前記位置センサは、距離センサ又は静電センサであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のキーボード装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記キートップの位置と前記フィルムアクチュエータの反発力との関係を規定するフォースカーブを備えており、当該フォースカーブを参照して、前記位置センサで検出された位置に対応した前記フォーカスアクチュエータの反発力を算出し、算出した反発力を発生させるための電圧を前記フィルムアクチュエータに印加することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のキーボード装置。
- 前記フォーカスカーブは任意に設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のキーボード装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記キーボード装置がアクティブとなる場合に、前記フィルムアクチュエータに初期印加電圧を印加し、前記キーボード装置が非アクティブとなる場合に、前記フィルムアクチュエータに印加電圧をOFFすることにより、前記アクティブの場合には前記非アクティブの場合よりも、前記キートップの前記ベースに対する高さを高くすることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のキーボード装置。
- ベースと、
前記ベースの上面側に上下動可能に配設された操作部材と、
前記ベースと前記操作部材間に配置され、印加電圧に応じて曲がるフィルムアクチュエータと、
前記ベースと前記操作部材間に配置され、前記操作部材の位置を検出するための位置センサと、
前記フィルムアクチュエータに電圧を加えて、前記位置センサで検出された操作部材の位置に応じた反発力を発生させる制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする押しボタン装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のキーボード装置を搭載したことを特徴とする電子機器。
