ゲルの状態観察

ゲルの状態は下記の基準により判断した。
(判定基準)
○:容器を傾けたとき、ゲルの形状をほぼ保っている。
△:容器を傾けたとき、ゲルが変形するが流動性はみられない。
×:容器を傾けたとき、流動性があり流れ落ちる。
ゲルの状態を観察した結果を下記表3に示す。
尚、比較例2〜4は調製直後にゲルが壊れていたが、容器に充填して一昼夜静置し観察した。
