1-3 is a figure which shows typically an example of the frame material which concerns on 1st Embodiment, and the fitting apparatus provided with the same.
The frame member 1 according to the present embodiment is configured to be attached to the frame substrate 6 such that the front end side as one end side in the prospective direction protrudes from the panel member 9 fixed to the wall substrate 7.
In the present embodiment, the frame material 1 is the vertical frame 1 and the opening frame 3 is configured. Moreover, as shown to Fig.1 (a), a pair of vertical frames 1 and 1 provided so that this opening frame 3 may divide both sides of the front-and-rear direction (left-right direction) of the entrance / exit 5 provided in a wall, and an entrance / exit 5 and an upper frame 2 provided so as to partition the upper side of 5. That is, the opening frame 3 is a so-called three-way frame that does not include a lower frame.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the opening frame 3 is made into the fitting frame 3 in which the folding door 4 as a fitting which opens and closes the entrance / exit 5 is built.
The joinery frame 3 is attached to a frame base 6 that divides a substantially rectangular opening when viewed from the front. As the frame foundations 6 and 6 constituting the inner side surfaces of the opening in the frontage direction, it may be a pillar material such as a stud, a timber (spacer material), etc., and other members constituting various frame bodies, etc. Good. Moreover, as a frame | substrate base | substrate which comprises the top | upper surface of an opening part, it is good also as horizontal materials, such as a crosspiece and a lintel, and a tree (spacer material). Further, the lower side of the opening (entrance / exit 5) may be partitioned by a flooring material or a floor base.

The wall body in which the entrance / exit 5 is provided is configured such that the panel material 9 is fixed to the front wall base 7 and the panel material is fixed to the rear wall base. Such a wall base 7 may be a pillar material such as a stud, a trunk edge, a base board, or the like. Moreover, as the panel material 9, it is good also as base boards, such as a gypsum board and a plywood, and is good also as a makeup | decoration panel etc. to which surface makeup was given.
Although the detailed illustration is omitted, the upper frame 2 is formed in a long and substantially strip-like shape so as to follow the opening direction of the entrance 5. The upper frame 2 is provided with a rail for guiding the upper end side of the folding door 4. As described above, when the joinery frame 3 is a three-way frame, the rail of the upper frame 2 may be configured to support the folding door 4 in a suspended manner.

The folding door 4 is configured such that a plurality of door plates are connected to each other so as to be foldable and unfoldable by a connecting member such as a hinge. In the example of the figure, an example in which two sets of folding doors 4 and 4 each having two door plates are installed in the joinery frame 3 is shown. In addition, the door apparatus A as a joinery apparatus according to the present embodiment including the joinery frame 3 and the folding door 4 is a door apparatus A that opens and closes the entrance / exit 5 of the closet in which the rear side of the entrance / exit 5 is a storage space (closet). In addition, it is good also as what comprises the door apparatus A which opens and closes the various entrances / exits 5. FIG. Moreover, this door apparatus A is not restricted to what was made into the upper suspension structure, It is good also as what was made into the lower load structure provided with the lower rail. Further, the joinery frame 3 is not limited to a three-way frame including a pair of vertical frames 1 and 1 and an upper frame 2 or a four-way frame further including a lower frame, and may include at least one vertical frame 1. Good. Moreover, as a fitting, it is not restricted to the folding door 4, It is good also as a hinged door, a sliding door, etc. The joinery frame 3 is not limited to a door frame, and may be a window frame. Furthermore, the vertical frame 1 is not limited to the frame material on which such a fitting is built, and may be provided in a parting manner in the opening.

The pair of vertical frames 1, 1 has a long and substantially strip-like shape along the vertical direction of the entrance / exit 5, and is arranged along the thickness direction in the frontage direction. The pair of vertical frames 1 and 1 are symmetrical with each other in the installed state, but have substantially the same configuration as each other. Therefore, one vertical frame 1 will be described below as an example.
As shown in FIGS. 1B and 2, the vertical frame 1 includes a frame core material 10 and a surface decorative material 15 that is bent and adhered to the frame core material 10. Further, the surface decorative material 15 has a corner between the frame base 6 and the wall base 7 at a front end portion as one end portion in a prospective direction of a portion facing the frame base 6 side which is the side opposite to the finding direction (frame material thickness direction). The protruding portion 20 is positioned so as to be positioned in the prospective direction (front-rear direction) with respect to the portion 8. The protruding portion 20 is provided at the front end portion of the vertical frame 1 so as to protrude toward the frame base 6 side in the finding direction rather than the rear end side as the other end side in the prospective direction.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the recessed step part 11a which receives the edge part 26 of the surface decorative material 15 was provided in the rear-end part as a prospective direction other end part of the site | part 11 which faces the frame base | substrate 6 side in the frame core material 10. It is configured. In addition, the surface decorative material 15 is configured to be attached in a series so as to cover the surface of the frame core material 10 from the portion constituting the protruding step portion 20 to the portion 26 received by the recessed step portion 11a.
Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the protrusion piece part which protrudes toward the center side of the entrance / exit 5 in the front-end part of the vertical frame 1. As shown in FIG. The projecting piece is provided over the entire length of the vertical frame 1 and is provided so as to cover the gap with the folding door 4 when viewed from the front side in the front-rear direction. Moreover, in this embodiment, this protrusion piece part is formed with the surface decorative material 15 bent and stuck to the frame core material 10 so that it may mention later. With such a configuration, it is possible to provide a projecting piece portion whose surface is a decorative surface while the frame core member 10 has a simple configuration.

The vertical frame 1 may have a length dimension that corresponds to the vertical dimension (opening height) of the entrance / exit 5 and may be appropriately adjusted by cutting or the like at a construction site or the like. Good.
In addition, the vertical frame 1 may have its expected dimensions (dimensions along the front-rear direction) appropriately set according to the thickness of the wall body, but in the present embodiment, various wall thicknesses are used. The prospective dimension of the vertical frame 1 is made smaller than the thickness dimension of the wall so that it can be applied to the wall. That is, the vertical frame 1 is attached to the frame base 6 so that the front end protrudes forward from the front surface of the wall body so as to form a so-called dust part, and the rear end portion does not protrude from the rear surface of the wall body. It is configured. In the example shown in the figure, the prospective dimension of the vertical frame 1 is about 2/3 of the wall thickness. Instead of such an aspect, the vertical frame 1 may be attached to the frame base 6 so that the rear end portion protrudes rearward from the rear surface of the wall body.

Further, the dimension along the front-rear direction from the wall base 7 to the front end surface in a state where the vertical frame 1 is attached, that is, the dimension along the front-rear direction of the protruding step 20 is the front-rear dimension of the dust part or the panel material 9. Depending on the thickness dimension, it may be set as appropriate. The dimension of the vertical frame 1 along the front-rear direction from the wall base 7 to the front end surface is appropriately determined according to the thickness dimension of the panel material 9 so that the front-rear dimension of the dust part is about 5 mm to 20 mm, for example. , May be set. In the illustrated example, an example in which the front-rear dimension of the dust portion and the thickness dimension of the panel material 9 are substantially the same dimension is shown.

As shown in FIG. 2, the frame core material 10 has a long, substantially strip-like shape, and has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape. On the frame base side surface 11 as a portion facing the frame base 6 side of the frame base 10, the receiving recess 11a as the concave step portion is provided. The receiving recess 11a is provided in a notch shape at the rear end side portion of the frame base side surface 11 of the frame core member 10, and is provided so as to open toward the frame base 6 side and the rear side. The dimension of the receiving recess 11 a along the thickness direction of the frame material is a dimension according to the thickness dimension of the surface decorative material 15. That is, the receiving recess 11a is a front end side portion where the receiving recess 11a of the frame base material 11 of the frame core material 10 and the surface of the end portion 26 of the surface decorative material 15 received in the receiving recess 11a is not provided. Are provided in substantially the same plane. In addition, the dimension along the front-back direction of this receiving recess 11a is good also as an appropriate dimension so that the edge part 26 of the surface decorative material 15 can be received.

Further, the front end surface 12 and the rear end surface 14 of the frame core member 10 are parallel to each other and are orthogonal to the frame base side surface 11 (the front end side portion) and are flat surfaces. Moreover, the opening side surface 13 facing the center side of the entrance / exit 5 of the frame core member 10 is parallel to the frame base side surface 11 (the front end side portion) and is a flat surface.
This frame core material 10 is made of wood such as plywood or LVL (single board laminate), wood board such as particle board, wood fiber board such as insulation board or MDF (medium density fiber board). It may be formed from a system material. Further, the frame core material 10 may be formed from a wood powder / plastic composite material (WPC), and is not limited to the one formed from such a wood-based material, but may be a synthetic resin-based material or a metal-based material. It may be formed from a material or the like.

Further, the front end piece portion 21 of the surface decorative material 15 has a dimension that is larger than the thickness dimension of the frame core member 10 so that the dimension along the thickness direction of the frame member 10 is configured so as to constitute the front side portion of the protruding piece portion. It is said. Further, the surface decorative material 15 is provided so as to connect the rear surface side piece portion 23 constituting the rear surface side portion of the protruding piece portion described above, and the rear surface side piece portion 23 and the front end piece portion 21 of the protruding piece portion. It is set as the structure provided with the bending piece part 22 which comprises an opening side surface.
Further, the surface decorative material 15 is configured to include a recess receiving piece portion 26 as a portion that can be received in the receiving recess 11 a of the frame core material 10.

Bending grooves 18 and 19 extending in the longitudinal direction of the frame material are respectively provided at the boundary portions between the adjacent pieces 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 of the surface decorative material 15.
These bent grooves 18 and 19 are provided on the back side of the surface decorative material 15 so as to leave at least the surface decorative sheet 17. The bent grooves 18 and 19 are provided over the entire length of the vertical frame 1.
In the surface decorative material 15, at least the portion of the surface decorative sheet 17 remaining in the portions of the bent grooves 18 and 19 functions like a hinge portion (folded portion), and can be bent at these portions.

The bent groove 18 provided at the boundary between the protruding step piece 20 and the front end piece 21 is a bent corner bent groove 18 in which the corner portion on the surface side bent at this portion has a protruding corner shape. Yes. Further, both sides of the bent piece portion 22 and the respective boundary portions between the front end piece portion 21 and the rear surface side piece portion 23, and both sides of the rear end side piece portion 25, the opening side piece portion 24, and the recess receiving piece portion 26, Similarly, the bent grooves 18, 18, 18, 18 at the respective boundary portions are also formed as bent corner bent grooves 18. In addition, the protruding corner bent grooves 18 are provided on the back side of the surface decorative material 15 so that the corners of the protruding corners formed by being bent at these portions are substantially perpendicular. In the example shown in the drawing, the bent corner grooves 18 are formed of a single groove having a substantially V-shaped cross section. Instead of such a mode, the surface decorative material is formed such that the corners of the corners of the protruding corners formed by bending the protruding corner grooves 18 at these portions have a C chamfered shape or an R chamfered shape. It is good also as a structure provided in the back surface side of 15.

Further, the bent groove 19 provided at the boundary portion between the rear surface side piece portion 23 and the opening side piece portion 24 has a corner portion on the surface side that is bent at this portion, and is formed into a corner shape. It is said that. In addition, the corner corner groove 19 is provided on the back surface side of the surface decorative material 15 so that the corner portion of the corner corner formed by being bent at this portion is substantially perpendicular. In the example shown in the figure, the corner-turned groove 19 is formed of a single groove having a narrow slit shape.

In a state in which the single surface decorative material 15 having the above-described configuration is attached to the frame core material 10 in a series, the surface of the portion covered with the surface decorative material 15 of the vertical frame 1 is a series of decorative surfaces. Become. That is, the surface facing the frame base 6 side of the front end of the vertical frame 1 becomes the decorative surface of the protruding piece portion 20, the front end surface including the front surface of the protruding piece portion becomes the decorative surface of the front end piece portion 21, and the protruding piece portion. The side surface of the opening is the decorative surface of the bent piece portion 22, and the rear surface of the protruding piece portion is the decorative surface of the rear surface side piece portion 23. Further, the opening side surface of the vertical frame 1 becomes the decorative surface of the opening side piece portion 24, the rear end surface becomes the decorative surface of the rear end piece portion 25, and the surface facing the frame base 6 side of the rear end portion is the recessed portion receiving piece portion 26. It becomes the makeup side.

Further, at the front end of the portion facing the frame base 6 side of the vertical frame 1, a protruding step piece 20 is provided that constitutes a protruding step that rises from the frame base side surface 11 of the frame core member 10. That is, in this embodiment, the step of the protruding step portion 20 is formed by the thickness of the protruding step portion 20 of the surface decorative material 15.
In addition, a concave step-shaped recess is formed by the protruding piece portion 20 at the rear end side portion of the vertical frame 1 facing the frame base 6 side. This recess is provided in a cutout shape at a rear end side portion of the vertical frame 1 on the frame base 6 side, and is provided so as to open toward the frame base 6 side and the rear side. Further, a surface (frame base contact surface) 27 facing the frame base 6 side of the recess is a frame base side surface 11 of the frame core member 10 on the rear end side with respect to the protruding step piece 20 and the recess receiving piece 26. And is composed of the surface. Further, the surface facing the rear side of the recess is constituted by a stepped wall surface 20 a facing the rear side of the protruding step piece 20. By positioning the step wall surface 20a of the protruding step piece 20 to the wall base 7, the longitudinal frame 1 can be positioned in the front-rear direction with respect to the frame base 6.

In addition, the thickness dimension of the surface decorative material 15 may be, for example, about 1.0 mm to 10.0 mm, and preferably about 2.0 mm to 5.0 mm.
Moreover, as the wooden base material 16 which comprises the back surface side layer of the surface decorative material 15, it is good also as what was formed from the same wooden type material as the above-mentioned.
The surface decorative sheet 17 constituting the surface side layer of the surface decorative material 15 may be a synthetic resin sheet (film), decorative paper, a veneer, or the like.
Moreover, in this embodiment, it is set as the structure which provided the protrusion piece part which protrudes toward the center side of the entrance / exit 5 in the front-end part of the vertical frame 1, However, You may make it not provide such a protrusion piece part. . Moreover, according to the mode of the fitting, you may make it provide the fixing | fixed part of connection members, such as a door stop, a door-slack, and a hinge, in the site | part which faces the entrance / exit 5 side of the said vertical frame 1 suitably.

The vertical frame 1 having the above-described configuration may be constructed as follows, for example, as shown in FIG.
First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the vertical frame 1 may be attached to the frame base 6 before fixing the panel material 9 constituting the front surface of the wall body. At this time, the step wall surface 20a of the protruding step piece 20 of the vertical frame 1 may be attached to the protruding corner portion 8 of the wall base 7 and the frame base 6 on the front side. . For example, the frame base contact surface 27 of the rear end side portion of the vertical frame 1 is brought into contact with the frame base 6 and moved rearward so that the stepped wall surface 20 a comes into contact with the wall base 7. You may make it position the front-back position with respect to the corner | angular part 8. FIG. Further, the vertical frame 1 may be fixed to the frame base 6 with a fastener such as a screw or a nail or an adhesive.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 (b) and 3 (c), the end of the panel material 9 is brought into contact with the surface facing the panel material 9 of the protruding step piece 20 protruding forward of the vertical frame 1. The panel material 9 may be fixed to the wall base 7.
And as shown in FIG. 1, you may make it paste | paste surface finishing sheets, such as a wall cloth, a wallpaper, and a decorative resin sheet, to the front and back both surfaces of a wall body suitably. In the illustrated example, the surface finishing sheet on the front side of the wall body is attached to the surface facing the panel material 9 side of the protruding step portion 20 of the vertical frame 1. Moreover, the surface finishing sheet | seat of the rear surface side of a wall body is stuck to the frame base | substrate 6 in series, and the example stuck to the rear end surface of the vertical frame 1 is shown.

The frame material (vertical frame) 1 and the joinery device (door device) A including the frame material 1 according to the present embodiment are configured as described above, so that the workability can be improved, but a simple configuration. Can improve the appearance.
That is, the frame material 1 protrudes toward the frame base 6 side in the direction of finding from the rear end side at the front end portion of the portion facing the frame base 6 side, and the front and rear of the corner base 8 between the frame base 6 and the wall base 7 It is set as the structure which provided the protrusion part (protrusion step part) 20 used as the positioning of a direction. Accordingly, by bringing the frame base contact surface 27 on the rear end side of the frame material 1 into contact with the frame base 6, and contacting the step wall surface 20a facing the wall base 7 side of the protruding portion 20 with the wall base 7, Positioning of the frame material 1 with respect to the frame base 6 in the front-rear direction can be easily performed. Thereby, it can position and construct easily so that the protrusion dimension (what is called front-and-rear dimension of a dust part) of the frame material 1 from the panel material 9 may become the same dimension over the full length of the frame material 1. FIG.

Further, the frame material 1 is configured such that the surface decorative material 15 is bent and adhered to the frame core material 10 so that the protruding step portion 20 is provided. That is, the protruding step portion 20 is constituted by the surface decorative material 15 that covers the surface of the frame core material 10. Thereby, compared with what needs to cut the frame material itself so that a protrusion part may be formed, a structure can be simplified and manufacturing efficiency can also be improved. Moreover, since the surface which faces the panel material 9 side of the protruding part 20 becomes the decorative surface of the surface decorative material 15, the appearance can be improved with a simple configuration. In addition, for example, splitting or the like that occurs when a decorative sheet such as a resin sheet is attached and then removed so as to dent the rear end side of the frame material by cutting or the like is caused at the rear end side edge of the protruding step portion 20. It becomes difficult to occur and the appearance of the part can be improved.

Further, in the present embodiment, the surface decorative material 15 is provided with a recessed step (receiving recess) provided at the rear end portion of the portion facing the frame base 6 side of the frame core material 10 from the portion constituting the protruding step portion 20. ) It is stuck in a series so as to cover the surface of the frame core material 10 up to the part 26 that can be received by 11a. Therefore, the surface exposed in the state attached to the frame base 10 of the frame member 1 is constituted by the surface decorative material 15 stuck in a series, and the appearance can be improved. Alternatively, the surface decorative material may be adhered to the frame base side edge portion of the rear end surface 14 of the frame core material 10 without fitting the end portion 26 of the surface decorative material 15 in the concave step portion 11a of the frame core material 10. Though conceivable, the appearance of the frame base side edge portion of the rear end portion of the frame member 1 can be improved as compared with this.

In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which a protruding step portion is configured by adhering a single protruding step piece portion 20 to the front end portion of the frame base side surface 11 of the frame core member 10. It is not restricted to an aspect. For example, the surface decorative material may be folded to form a multilayer structure at the site, and the protruding step portion may be configured by a plurality of protruding step portions.

Further, the recessed step portion 28 is provided over the entire length of the vertical frame 1A. In addition, the recessed step portion 28 is provided in a cutout shape at the rear end side portion of the protruding step portion 20A, and is provided so as to open toward the panel material 9 side and the rear side which is the counter-entrance side. The dimension along the front-rear direction of the recessed step portion 28 is substantially the same as the thickness dimension of the panel material 9. Further, the dimension along the frame material thickness direction of the recessed step portion 28 may be appropriately set so that the end portion of the panel material 9 can be accommodated. In the present embodiment, the dimension along the frame material thickness direction of the recessed step portion 28 is the same as the thickness dimension of the surface decorative material 15A. Further, the surface facing the panel material 9 side and the surface facing the rear side of the concave step portion 28 are the decorative surfaces of the surface decorative material 15A.

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the protruding step portion 20A is constituted by a plurality of pieces 20b, 20c, 20d. Moreover, the same bending groove | channels 18 and 19 extended in the frame material longitudinal direction are provided in the boundary part of these adjacent piece parts 20b, 20c, and 20d, respectively, and it bend | folds in the site | part of these bending grooves 18 and 19. A recessed step portion 28 is formed.
At the boundary between the concave bottom piece 20b constituting the concave bottom face facing the panel material 9 of the concave step 28 and the step wall piece 20c constituting the step wall facing the rear side of the concave step 28, the same entry as described above is applied. The corner fold groove 19 is provided. Further, the same protruding corner bent groove 18 is provided at the boundary between the step wall piece 20c and the protruding step front end piece 20d constituting the front end side portion of the protruding step 20A. Further, in the state where the bent grooves 18 and 19 are bent and adhered to the frame core member 10, a gap is formed between the protruding step front end piece 20 d and the frame base side surface 11 of the frame core member 10. It is supposed to be configured.

The front end piece 21A has a dimension that is larger in the frame material thickness direction than in the first embodiment in accordance with the gap.
In addition, an appropriate spacer material or the like may be provided in the gap, or the surface decorative material 15A may be folded back so as to have a triple structure at the front end side portion of the protruding step portion 20A so that no gap is formed. It is good also as an aspect etc. which stuck and made.

The vertical frame 1A having the above-described configuration may be constructed as follows, as shown in FIG. 5, in the same manner as in the first embodiment.
First, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the vertical frame 1A is fixed to the frame base 6 in the same manner as described above. As a result, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the panel material 9 that extends in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 1A by the concave step portion 28 of the projecting step portion 20A of the vertical frame 1A and the wall base 7 and that is on the opposite entrance side. A concave groove that opens toward the side is formed over the entire length of the vertical frame 1A.
Next, as shown in FIGS. 5B and 5C, the panel material 9 may be fixed to the wall base 7 by fitting the end portion of the panel material 9 into the concave groove. Moreover, although illustration is abbreviate | omitted, you may make it stick a surface finishing sheet | seat suitably on both front and back both surfaces of a wall body like the above.

The frame material 1 </ b> A according to the present embodiment having the above configuration also has substantially the same effects as those of the first embodiment described above.
Further, in the present embodiment, the frame core material is formed such that the surface decorative material 15A is recessed at the rear end side of the protruding step portion 20A from the front end side and receives the end portion of the panel material 9. 10 is attached. Accordingly, by bringing the step wall surface 20a of the protruding step portion 20A into contact with the wall base 7, a concave groove is formed by the concave step portion 28 of the frame member 1A and the wall base 7 as described above. The end of the panel material 9 can be fitted and stored. Thereby, even when there is a processing error or the like at the end portion of the panel material 9, it is possible to fit the end portion with a good appearance.

In each of the above embodiments, the single surface decorative material 15, 15 </ b> A covers the surface of the frame core material 10 from the portion constituting the protruding step portion 20, 20 </ b> A to the portion accepted by the receiving recess 11 a. However, the present invention is not limited to such a mode. It is good also as a mode which covers the surface of frame core material 10 with a plurality of surface decoration materials, and other various pasting modes are also employable. For example, without providing the receiving recess 11 a in the frame core material 10, the surface decorative material is configured to include a piece portion that covers the entire frame base side surface of the frame core material 10, and is overlapped on this piece portion. It is good also as an aspect which stuck the one part which comprises the above-mentioned protruding step part 20 and 20A. Moreover, it is set as the aspect which stuck the surface decoration material to the frame base | substrate side edge part of the rear-end surface 14 of the frame core material 10, without providing the receiving recess 11a in the frame core material 10, or opening of the frame core material 10 It is good also as an aspect etc. which stuck the surface cosmetics until it reached the rear-end edge part of the side surface 13.
Moreover, in each said embodiment, although the frame material was shown as the vertical frame 1 and 1A, the frame material is good also as the upper frame 2 instead of or in addition to this. That is, the upper frame 2 may be configured to include the same frame core material 10 as described above and the surface decorative materials 15 and 15A constituting the protruding steps 20 and 20A.
