Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a reverse osmosis membrane separation device including a reverse osmosis membrane module.
In the semiconductor manufacturing process, the cleaning of electronic parts and medical instruments, etc., high-purity pure water containing no impurities is used. This type of pure water is generally produced by subjecting raw water such as groundwater or tap water to a reverse osmosis membrane separation treatment with a reverse osmosis membrane module (hereinafter also referred to as “RO membrane module”).
The water permeability coefficient of a reverse osmosis membrane made of a polymer material varies depending on the temperature. Further, the water permeation coefficient of the reverse osmosis membrane also changes due to pore clogging (hereinafter also referred to as “membrane clogging”) and deterioration due to oxidation of the material (hereinafter also referred to as “membrane degradation”).
Specifically, the water permeability coefficient of the RO membrane module decreases when the temperature of supplied water (hereinafter also referred to as “supply water”) is low or when the membrane is blocked. Further, the water permeability coefficient of the RO membrane module increases when the temperature of the supplied water is high or when the membrane deteriorates.
Therefore, when the pressurizing pump that delivers the feed water to the RO membrane module is operated at a constant operating pressure, the permeated water produced for the required production water volume when the temperature of the feed water is low or when the membrane is blocked. The amount of (pure water) is reduced. In this case, the supply amount to the demand point is insufficient. Further, when the temperature of the supply water is high or when the membrane is deteriorated, the amount of permeated water is larger than the required amount of produced water. In this case, overconcentration is likely to occur on the primary side of the reverse osmosis membrane, leading to membrane blockage.
Therefore, a water quality reforming system that performs flow rate feedback water amount control has been proposed in order to keep the flow rate of the permeated water in the RO membrane module constant regardless of the temperature of the feed water and the state of the reverse osmosis membrane. In this flow rate feedback water amount control, the drive frequency of the pressure pump is controlled by an inverter so that the flow rate of the permeated water produced by the RO membrane module becomes the target flow rate value (see Patent Document 1).
According to the flow rate feedback water amount control described above, the flow rate of the permeated water can be maintained at the target flow rate value even if the water permeation coefficient of the RO membrane module changes depending on the temperature of the feed water and the state of the reverse osmosis membrane. However, in the conventional flow rate feedback water volume control, when the water permeability coefficient of the RO membrane module changes suddenly, it cannot sufficiently follow the change, and the flow rate of the permeated water greatly deviates from the target flow rate value. Can happen.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a reverse osmosis membrane separation device that can maintain the flow rate of permeate at a target flow rate value even when the water permeation coefficient of the RO membrane module changes abruptly.
The present invention includes a reverse osmosis membrane module that separates supply water into permeate and concentrated water, flow rate detection means for detecting a flow rate of permeate, and outputting a detected flow rate value corresponding to the flow rate, A supply water line that supplies the reverse osmosis membrane module, and a pressure pump that is driven at a rotational speed corresponding to the input driving frequency and that pumps the supply water flowing through the supply water line toward the reverse osmosis membrane module. An inverter that outputs a driving frequency corresponding to the input frequency designation signal to the pressurizing pump, and a speed type so that the detected flow rate value output from the flow rate detection means becomes a preset target flow rate value. A reverse osmosis comprising: a controller that calculates a driving frequency of the pressurizing pump by a digital PID algorithm and outputs a frequency designation signal corresponding to the calculated value of the driving frequency to the inverter It relates to the separation apparatus.
The flow rate detection means outputs a pulse signal having a time width proportional to the flow rate of permeated water, and the control unit (i) sets the time width of the pulse signal output from the flow rate detection means and a preset value. The instantaneous flow rate is calculated based on the flow rate value per pulse, and (ii) the maximum n instantaneous flow rate calculation values are used as sample values, and the maximum j values (j ≧ 1) and the minimum value are calculated. It is preferable that the remaining (n−j−k) values excluding k (k ≧ 1) values are averaged, and a numerical value obtained by the averaging is used as a detected flow rate value.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, even when the water permeation coefficient of RO membrane module changes rapidly, the reverse osmosis membrane separation apparatus which can maintain the flow volume of permeated water at a target flow rate value can be provided.

The connecting portion J1 is disposed between the supply source (not shown) of the supply water W1 and the pressurizing

The flow rate sensor 6 is a device that detects the flow rate of the permeated water W2 flowing through the permeated water line L2. As the flow rate sensor 6, for example, a pulse transmission type flow rate sensor in which an axial flow impeller or a tangential impeller (not shown) is disposed in the flow path housing can be used. The flow sensor 6 is connected to the permeated water line L2 at the connection portion J2. The flow sensor 6 is electrically connected to the
The pulse transmission type flow sensor used in this embodiment includes an impeller in which the tips of even-numbered blades are alternately magnetized with N and S poles, and the rotation of the impeller is detected by a Hall IC. By doing so, a pulse signal having a time width proportional to the flow velocity of the permeate W2 is output. The Hall IC is an electronic circuit in which a voltage regulator, a Hall element, an amplifier circuit, a Schmitt trigger circuit, an output transistor, etc. are packaged, and the impeller rotates once in response to a change in magnetic flux accompanying the rotational movement of the impeller. A rectangular wave pulse signal is output every time. Here, the time width of the pulse signal refers to the time from the previous falling edge to the next falling edge of the rectangular wave pulse signal, and corresponds to the time when the impeller makes one revolution. That is, the time width of the pulse signal becomes shorter as the flow rate of the permeate water W2 is higher (the flow rate is higher), and conversely becomes longer as the flow rate of the permeate water W2 is lower (the flow rate is lower).

The
Each of the

The
The
The
Moreover, the
Next, the process of replacing the detected flow rate value input as the pulse signal with the detected flow rate value as numerical information will be specifically described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3 are repeatedly executed during the operation of the reverse osmosis membrane separation device 1.
FIG. 2 shows a process for measuring the time width of the pulse signal. This process is executed using an input capture function of an integrated timer unit (hereinafter abbreviated as “ITU”) incorporated in the microprocessor.
In step ST 101, ITU, for each count clock input adds the count value M t of the timer register by one. The frequency of the count clock is set to 19.5 kHz, for example. In this case, the count value M t of the timer register is incremented by 1 at an interval of 51.2 μs.
In step ST102, the ITU determines whether or not a falling edge interrupt has been detected for the pulse signal of the flow sensor 6. In step ST102, when it is determined by the ITU that a falling edge interrupt has been detected (YES), the process proceeds to step ST103. In step ST102, when the ITU determines that a falling edge interrupt is not detected (NO), the process proceeds to step ST108.
Step ST 103: In (step ST 102 YES determination), ITU captures the count value M t of the timer register to capture register, performing a capture operation for holding its value.
When the capture operation is performed, in step ST 104, ITU resets the count value M t of the timer register to zero.
In step ST105, ITU adds one count value M e in the event register. The count value M e in the event register corresponds to the interrupt number of the falling edge.
In step ST 106, ITU is the count value M e in the event register is equal to or more. In this step ST 106, the ITU, when the count value M e is determined to be 2 or more (YES), the process proceeds to step ST 107. Further, in step ST 106, the ITU, when the count value M e is determined to be less than 2 (NO), the process returns to the step ST 101. The count value M e in the event register If there is less than 2, there is a possibility that the count value M t of the capture register does not accurately reflect the pulse width, thereby skipping the processing of step ST107 to be described later .
Step ST 107: In (step ST 106 YES determination), ITU is the count value M t of capture register sets the flag to "valid", the process returns to the step ST 101.
In step ST108 (step ST102: NO determination), the ITU determines whether or not an overflow interrupt has been detected for the timer register. Overflow interrupts, while the falling edge of the pulse signal is not detected, the count value M t is an upper limit value of the timer register (e.g., 16-bit count 65535) occurs when exceeded. That is, the overflow of the timer register can occur when the flow rate of the permeated water W2 is zero or extremely small and the impeller of the flow sensor 6 does not rotate. In step 108, when it is determined by the ITU that an overflow interrupt has been detected (YES), the process proceeds to step ST109. If the ITU determines in step ST108 that an overflow interrupt is not detected (NO), the process returns to step ST101.
Step ST 109: In (step ST 108 YES determination), ITU resets the count value M t of the timer register to zero.
In step ST110, ITU resets the count value M e in the event register to zero.
In step ST111, ITU is the count value M t of capture register sets the flag to "invalid", the process returns to the step ST 101.
Through the processing from step ST101 to step ST111, the capture register always has the latest count value M t from when the previous falling edge of the pulse signal is detected to when the next falling edge is detected. Retained.

In Step ST206, the
Q i = (3600 / W) × α (2)

In step ST208, the

F=Un/2×F´ (5)
In step ST305, the
F = U n / 2 × F ′ (5)

Ns=Ss/Cs (7)
In step ST405, the
N s = S s / C s (7)
For example, if the silica concentration C s is 20 mg SiO 2 / L and the silica solubility S s at 25 ° C. is 100 mg SiO 2 / L, the allowable concentration ratio N s is “5”.
Qd´=Qp´/(Ns−1) (8)
In step ST 406, the

According to the reverse osmosis membrane separation device 1 according to the first embodiment described above, for example, the following effects can be obtained.
In the reverse osmosis membrane separation apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment, the
In the velocity type digital PID algorithm calculates the change from the operation amount calculated previously, this to a method to continue to add the previous operation amount detected flow rate value Q p even when the discrete values, the target Deviation from the flow rate value Q p ′ can be eliminated at high speed. For this reason, even when the water permeability coefficient of the
Further, in the reverse osmosis membrane separation device 1 according to the first embodiment, the
According to the averaging process, even if an abnormal value (a long value or a short value that protrudes compared to other values) occurs in the time width W of the pulse signal due to disturbance such as noise, it is based on the protruding abnormal value. The calculated value of the instantaneous flow rate Q i is excluded from the sample value. For this reason, even when an abnormal value occurs in the time width W of the pulse signal, the actual flow rate of the permeated water W2 is suppressed from greatly deviating from the target flow rate value Q p ′. Therefore, the actual flow rate of the permeated water W2 can be more stably maintained at the target flow rate value Q p ′.

Nc=Sc/Cc (9)
In step ST 504, the
N c = S c / C c (9)
For example, if the measured hardness value C c is 3 mg CaCO 3 / L and the calcium carbonate solubility S c at 25 ° C. is 15 mg CaCO 3 / L, the allowable concentration ratio N c is “5”.
Qd´=Qp´/(Nc−1) (10)
In step ST505, the
Q d '= Q p' / (N c -1) (10)

As shown in FIG. 8, the reverse osmosis

Moreover, it is good also as a structure which provided the flow sensor in the drainage line in the structure which provided the proportional control valve. The flow value detected by the flow sensor is input as a feedback value to the control unit 10 (10A, 10B). Thereby, the actual waste water flow rate of the concentrated water W3 can be controlled more accurately.
