Abstract
【解決手段】シリンダ型ガス発生器200は、円筒状の耐圧シリンダの両端に、板金のプレス加工によって形成されたシール部材としてのインレットハウジング4とエンドキャップ6とが設けられている。インレットハウジング4とエンドキャップ6とは、板金によるプレス加工によって形成される。これにより、従来の鍛造と切削とによるものに比べ、薄肉化による軽量化やコストダウンに貢献することができる。

Description
これにより、耐圧シリンダと、インレットハウジングと、エンドキャップと、によってガス発生器の耐圧容器が構成されている。
本発明の第1実施形態を図1〜図3により説明する。図1(A)は本発明の第1実施形態のガス発生器の一例を示す断面図、図1(B)は腰部の拡大断面図、図2はガス発生器に備えられる上記ベースプレート1の上面図。図3は加工工程の概略の説明図である
図4は、本発明の実施の形態2を示し、シリンダ型のインフレータ200を示す断面図である。なお、この図4においては、発明と直接関係のない部材(例えば、バーストディスクなど)等は、適宜図示を省略して図示している。また、図4に示したものはガスのみで使用されるタイプであるが、ハイブリッドタイプでも図1に示した錠剤Tを必要とするタイプでも適用可能である。

Claims (2)
- 略円筒形状のシリンダ型ガス発生器であって、
略円筒形状の耐圧シリンダと、
前記耐圧シリンダの少なくとも一端に設けられた円筒状のシール部材と、
を有し、
前記シール部材は、板金のプレス加工によって形成されている
ことを特徴とするシリンダ型ガス発生器。 - 略円盤形状を備えたディスク型ガス発生器であって、
軸方向一方側に設けられ、少なくとも1つの点火器を取り付けるための第1外郭部と、
軸方向他方側に設けられ、前記第1外郭部との間に形成される内部空間にガス発生剤を収納するための第2外郭部と、
を有し、
前記点火器は、前記第1外郭部に略円筒形状のシール部材に保持され、
前記シール部材は、板金のプレス加工によって形成されている
ことを特徴とするディスク型ガス発生器。
