Abstract
【解決手段】スイッチング素子12を有するインバータ装置1に設けられ、ワイヤハーネス7の相手側コネクタ5と嵌合するコネクタ2は、インバータ装置1のインバータケース10内の第1乃至第3の出力端子151〜153に一端部が接続される第1乃至第3の接続端子21〜23と、第1乃至第3の接続端子21〜23の少なくとも一部を収容し、インバータケース10に固定されるハウジング20と、ハウジング20に収容され、第1乃至第3の接続端子21〜23に流れる電流によって発生する磁界を検出する第1乃至第3の電流センサ31〜33と、第1乃至第3の電流センサ31〜33の出力信号を伝送する信号線4とを備える。

Description
図1は、本実施の形態に係るコネクタが設けられた電源装置としてのインバータ装置を示す概略図である。このインバータ装置1は、例えば車両に搭載され、蓄電池から出力される直流電圧をPWM(Pulse Width Modulation)変調により交流電圧に変換し、車両を駆動する駆動源としての三相交流モータへ出力する。

Claims (5)
- スイッチング素子を有する電源装置に設けられ、ワイヤハーネスの相手側コネクタと嵌合するコネクタであって、
前記電源装置の筐体内の出力端子に一端部が接続される接続端子と、
前記接続端子の少なくとも一部を収容し、前記筐体に固定されるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに収容され、前記接続端子に流れる電流によって発生する磁界を検出する電流センサと、
前記電流センサの出力信号を伝送する信号線とを備えた
コネクタ。 - 前記信号線は、前記ハウジングから導出された部分が前記接続端子の前記一端部の延在方向と直交する方向に引き出されている、
請求項1に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記接続端子は、前記電源装置から出力される各相の電流の複数の出力端子に対応して複数個が所定の並び方向に並列して配置され、
前記信号線は、前記並び方向に沿って引き出されている、
請求項2に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記電流センサは、巨大磁気抵抗素子を有するGMRセンサであり、
前記巨大磁気抵抗素子の検出軸が、前記接続端子に流れる電流によって発生する磁界の方向に沿った方向である、
請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のコネクタ。 - 前記電流センサは、前記電源装置から出力される複数相の電流によって発生する磁界をそれぞれ検出するように複数個配置され、これら複数の前記電流センサが前記ハウジングに保持された基板に実装された、
請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のコネクタ。
