Claims (4)

  1. カテキンを含有する液体に紅茶抽出物を添加するか、または紅茶抽出物を含有する液体にカテキンを添加することを含むカテキン含有飲料の製造方法であって、
    該飲料のpHが5〜6.5であり、
    該飲料中の該カテキンの含量がX、該紅茶抽出物の含量がYのとき、
    120mg/100mL>X>90mg/100mL、
    24mg/100mL≧Y>4mg/100mL、且つ
    X+Y>108mg/100mL
    である方法。
  2. カテキンを含有する液体に紅茶抽出物を添加するか、または紅茶抽出物を含有する液体にカテキンを添加することを含む飲料の微生物汚染防止方法であって、
    該飲料のpHが5〜6.5であり、
    該飲料中の該カテキンの含量がX、該紅茶抽出物の含量がYのとき、
    120mg/100mL>X>90mg/100mL、
    24mg/100mL≧Y>4mg/100mL、且つ
    X+Y>108mg/100mL
    である方法。
  3. 微生物がバチルス・コアギュランスまたはバチルス・サックレトニー類縁菌である、請求項2記載の方法。
  4. カテキンおよび紅茶抽出物を含有する飲料であって、
    該飲料のpHが5〜6.5であり、
    該飲料中の該カテキンの含量がX、該紅茶抽出物の含量がYのとき、
    120mg/100mL>X>90mg/100mL、
    24mg/100mL≧Y>4mg/100mL、且つ
    X+Y>108mg/100mL
    である飲料。
