Abstract
【解決手段】ガス充填装置2は、ガス搬送管31を介してガスを搬送する充填機構と、充填機構から導入されるガス搬送管31を冷却するガス管路冷却部11とを有する本体ユニット10と、ガス管路冷却部11から導出されたガス搬送管32に接続される充填ホース21と、充填ホース21の先端に設けられた充填ノズル22とを有するホースユニット20とを備え、ガス搬送管31及び32をガス管路冷却部11に連結する管路連結手段を備える。管路連結手段は、本体ユニット10に設けられ、ガス管路冷却部11の移動方向を規制するガイド溝41aを有する上部レールユニット41と、本体ユニット10に設けられ、ガイド溝41aに平行なレール42aを有する下部レールユニット42と、ガス管路冷却部11が載置され、レール42aに沿って移動可能な移動部34とからなる。

Claims (6)
- ガスの供給源からガスの流量を計測しながら第1のガス搬送管を介して前記ガスを搬送する充填機構と、該充填機構から導入される前記第1のガス搬送管を冷却するガス管路冷却部とを有する本体ユニットと、
前記ガス管路冷却部から導出された第2のガス搬送管に接続される充填ホースと、該充填ホースの先端に設けられた充填ノズルとを有するホースユニットとを備えるガス充填装置において、
前記第1及び第2のガス搬送管を前記ガス管路冷却部に連結する管路連結手段を備えることを特徴とするガス充填装置。 - 前記管路連結手段は、
前記本体ユニットのフレームに設けられ、前記ガス管路冷却部の移動方向を規制するガイド溝を有する上部レールユニットと、
前記本体ユニットのフレームに設けられ、前記ガイド溝に平行なレールを有する下部レールユニットと、
前記ガス管路冷却部が載置され、前記レールに沿って移動可能な移動部とからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス充填装置。 - 前記移動部は、
前記レール上を移動する複数の車輪と、
該車輪の移動方向に位置する側面に設けられ、前記車輪の前記レールからの脱輪を防止する脱輪防止ガイドとを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス充填装置。 - 前記移動部は、
前記レール上を移動する複数の車輪と、
該車輪の移動方向に対して垂直方向に位置する側面に設けられ、前記車輪の前記レールからの脱輪を防止するアンカーブラケットとを有し、
前記レールは、前記車輪が入り込むように凹状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス充填装置。 - 前記第2のガス搬送管には、ガスを遮断する遮断弁が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記第2のガス搬送管の周囲には、該第2のガス搬送管を流れるガスの温度を保持する断熱部材が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のガス充填装置。
