Abstract
【解決手段】投与モジュールDMが、燃焼機関によって生成された排ガス流に、尿素ベースの還元剤を投与でき、上記投与モジュールDMが、展開軸Xに沿って対称的に展開するハウジング20と、上記展開軸Xに沿って配置された、上記尿素ベースの還元剤を投与するための投与手段55と、上記投与手段55に対して環状に配置された、上記投与ハウジング20内に上記排ガス流を送るための入口開口9とを備える、装置であって、上記入口開口9内部に配置された、少なくとも2つの分離した環状ガス流経路F1、F2を規定するための分割壁1を備え、一方の環状ガス流経路F1が他方の環状ガス流経路F2に対して環状かつ同軸であり、上記経路のうちの他方F2が、そのガス流に一方に対して異なる軸方向速度を誘導するような形をしている、装置。

Claims (12)
- SCR装置の軸対称投与モジュールにおける浄化液体の気化を改良するための装置において、前記投与モジュール(DM)が、燃焼機関によって生成された排ガス流に、尿素ベースの還元剤を投与でき、前記投与モジュール(DM)が、
展開軸(X)に沿って対称的に展開するハウジング(20)と、
前記展開軸(X)に沿って配置された、前記ハウジング(20)内に前記尿素ベースの還元剤を投与するための投与手段(55)と、
前記投与手段(55)に対して環状に配置された、前記投与ハウジング(20)内に前記排ガス流を送るための入口開口(9)とを備える、装置であって、
前記入口開口(9)内部に配置された、少なくとも2つの分離したガス流経路(F1、F2)を規定するための分割壁(1)を備え、一方(F1)がもう一方(F2)に対して環状かつ同軸であり、両方とも前記投与手段(55)に対して環状であり、両方とも前記ハウジング(20)へと流出し、前記経路(F1、F2)のうちの一方(F2)が、そのガス流にもう一方に対して異なる軸方向速度を誘導するような形をしていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記ガス流経路の一方が内側経路(F2)を規定し、前記内側経路(F2)が、前記投与手段(55)に接している第1の部分と、前記展開軸(X)に対して平行な方向を向いて合流する第2の部分を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内側経路(F2)が、もう一方の経路に対する最高速度を誘導する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 少なくとももう一つのガス流経路(F1)が、減速した軸方向速度を、前記ガス流(F1)と(F2)の速度差を増大させることによって発達させるために、前記展開軸(X)を覆う渦になっている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記分割壁(1)が、共に開放された主基部と副基部を備える釣鐘体を実質的に画成する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記釣鐘体が、尿素ベースの還元剤噴射方向に従って細くなっている、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記分割壁(1)の少なくとも1つの面が、前記もう一方のガス流経路(F1またはF2)に渦を誘導するためのねじり壁(11)を備える、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記分割壁(1)の少なくとも1つの面が、前記流経路(F1、F2)のための入口(12A、13A)および出口(12B、13B)を画成し、これに対応する経路区画が、前記ガス流(F1、F2)の軸方向速度に差異を設けるように変更されうる、請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記投与手段が、前記展開軸(X)上にある1つのノズル(55)、または前記展開軸と同軸の円周に沿って配置された複数のノズルを備える、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記投与手段が、前記展開軸(X)に対して5〜40度の間に含まれる半円錐の開口角度(β)を有する、尿素ベース還元剤の噴霧を生成するように設計される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- SCR装置用の軸対称投与モジュールと、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の浄化液体の気化を改善するための装置を備える、車両の燃焼機関の排ガスシステム。
- 請求項11に記載の排ガスシステムを備える車両。
