Abstract

Description
本発明の目的は、この種の接着剤組成物を塗布するための装置および方法を提供することにある。
(1)接着剤組成物の塗布ノズル、
(2)流体状態の接着剤組成物をノズルに供給するための供給ライン、
(3)塗布前に上記接着剤組成物の主成分(composants du base)を均一に混合させるための、上記供給ライン中に配置されたミキサー、
を含み、上記の塗布される接着剤組成物は接着剤組成物の主成分として下記(a)と(b):
(a)20〜85重量%、好ましくは30〜75重量%のシリル化されたプレポリマー、
(b)15〜80重量%、好ましくは25〜70重量%の相溶性粘着剤(tackifying)樹脂
を含み、上記接着剤組成物は0.01〜3重量%、好ましくは0.1〜2重量%の架橋触媒をさらに含む。本発明方法の特徴は下記(A)〜(C)の点にある:
(A)少なくとも一種のシリル化されたプレポリマーを架橋触媒から分離して上記供給ラインに供給し、
(B)この架橋触媒はミキサーを用いて上記主成分と混合し、
(C)混合後の接着剤組成物を塗布ノズルを用いて支持体上にホット塗布する。
(1)供給ラインへの供給時に、架橋触媒が接着剤組成物の主成分(l’ensemble des composants du base)から分離されている。
(2)ミキサーは静的ミキサー、好ましくは導電材料から成る静的ミキサーであり、ホット塗布装置は架橋触媒と接着剤組成物の主成分を混合するポイント(点)の上流にインライン加熱装置を有し、静的ミキサーとこの静的ミキサーを取り囲んでいる誘導コイルとを含む。本発明方法では、上記インライン加熱装置の誘導コイルに電流を供給することによって、ホット塗布前に、接着剤組成物を塗布温度まで加熱する。
(3)ミキサーが動的なミキサーである。
(4)塗布される接着剤組成物が所定温度領域で架橋する反応性プレポリマーから成り、塗布される接着剤組成物は架橋温度領域内に含まれる塗布温度領域を有する。
(5)架橋される接着剤組成物は湿気で架橋する。
(6)本発明装置が接着剤組成物の主成分の少なくとも一つを収容した貯蔵容器の所に配置可能な加熱手段を有し、この加熱手段は接着剤組成物の主成分の少なくとも一つをポンプ輸送温度まで加熱し、好ましくは接着剤組成物の主成分の少なくとも一つを50℃〜140℃の間、好ましくは80℃〜120℃との間、より好ましくは100℃〜110℃の間のポンプ輸送温度まで加熱する。
(7)接着剤組成物が50℃〜140℃の間の温度、好ましくは80℃〜120℃の間、より好ましくは100℃〜110℃の間の温度で塗布される。
(1)20〜85重量%、好ましくは30〜75重量%の少なくとも一種のシリル化されたプレポリマー、
(2)15〜80重量%、好ましくは25〜70重量%の少なくとも一種の相溶性粘着剤樹脂、
(3)0.01〜3重量%、好ましくは0.1〜2重量%の少なくとも一種の架橋触媒。

Claims (10)
- 下記の(1)〜(3):
(1)接着剤組成物(80)を塗布するための塗布ノズル(50)、
(2)流体の形で塗布される接着剤組成物(80)を上記塗布ノズル(50)へ供給するための供給ライン(88)、
(3)上記供給ライン(88)上に配置された、塗布前に接着剤組成物の主成分を均一に混合させるためのミキサー(30)、
からなる接着剤組成物をホット塗布する装置によって、上記接着剤組成物(80)を支持体(96)上にホット塗布する方法であって、
上記の塗布される接着剤組成物(80)は主成分として下記(a)と(b):
(a)20〜85重量%、好ましくは30〜75重量%のシリル化されたプレポリマー、
(b)15〜80重量%、好ましくは25〜70重量%の相溶性粘着剤樹脂
を含み、上記接着剤組成物は下記(c):
(c)0.01〜3重量%、好ましくは0.1〜2重量%の架橋触媒
をさらに含み、下記(A)〜(C)を特徴とする方法:
(A)少なくともシリル化されたプレポリマーを、架橋触媒を分離した状態で、供給ライン(88)に供給し、
(B)ミキサー(30)を用いて上記主成分を架橋触媒と混合し、
(C)混合された接着剤組成物(80)を塗布ノズル(50)を用いて支持体(96)上にホット塗布する。 - 供給ラインの供給時に、接着剤組成物の主成分から架橋触媒を分離する請求項1に記載のホット塗布方法。

- ミキサーが動的ミキサーである請求項1または2に記載のホット塗布方法。
- 塗布される接着剤組成物(80)が一定温度領域で反応するプレポリマーから成り、塗布される接着剤組成物(80)が架橋温度領域にある塗布温度領域で架橋する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のホット塗布方法。
- 塗布される接着剤組成物(80)が湿気で架橋する請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のホット塗布方法。
- 上記の少なくとも一つの分離された主成分をポンプ輸送温度で抜き出すために上記の少なくとも一つの分離された主成分を加熱するための、貯蔵容器(82)中に配置される加熱器(44)を有する請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のホット塗布方法。
- 上記の少なくとも一つの分離された主成分を50℃〜140℃の間、好ましくは100℃〜110℃の間、より好ましくは80℃〜120℃の間のポンプ輸送温度に昇温させる請求項8に記載のホット塗布方法。
- 接着剤組成物(80)を50℃〜140℃の間、好ましくは80℃〜120℃の間、より好ましくは100℃〜110℃の間の温度で塗布する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のホット塗布方法。
