Abstract

【課題】ゴミ箱にゴミ袋をかぶせた場合、ゴミ袋をゴミ箱上部で簡単かつ綺麗に固定出来、汎用性がある道具がなかった。
【解決手段】リング状で断面が円弧または逆Ｕ字形、コの字形を形成したゴミ袋固定具で、ゴミ箱に装着したゴミ袋を固定するとともに余った袋部を収納できる開口部を有する。

Description

本発明は、ゴミ箱の中に入れるビニールもしくは紙等で出来たゴミ袋を、ゴミ箱上端開口部に固定できるゴミ袋固定具に関する。
一般に、ゴミ箱の内部には、プラスチック製のゴミ袋もしくは紙等で出来たゴミ袋を、ゴミ箱の上端開口に折り返すように掛けて配置するが、折り返した袋が不定形で見た目も不体裁であった。ゴミ箱にゴミ袋を据え付ける場合、固定する道具は、固有のゴミ箱と一体となっており、ゴミ箱の大小に依らず既存のゴミ箱に対し汎用性があり、且つ容易に装着できる道具がなかった。

従来、ゴミ箱にゴミ袋を装着し、上部にはみ出したゴミ袋の端をキレイに処理する機能をもつものは、ゴミ箱と一体となったものや、別に装着するものも大きさの異なるゴミ箱に汎用性がなく、製造コストの面で割高になっていた。
本発明は、以上の課題を解決するものであり、既存のゴミ箱に容易に装着出来、さらには、ゴミ袋の取り出し、設置も容易であり、ゴミ袋交換時に片手が不自由な人でも装着できるゴミ袋固定具を提供することにある。
以上の課題を解決するために、第一発明は、ゴミ箱の上部開口部に装着し、装着したゴミ袋のはみ出し部をゴミ袋固定具開口部に隠すことが出来、下部が開口し正面図がリング状で断面が円弧形を形成したゴミ袋固定具である。
第二発明は、ゴミ袋固定具の断面が逆Ｕ字形を形成したゴミ袋固定具である。
第三発明は、ゴミ袋固定具の断面がコの字形を形成したゴミ袋固定具である。
また、ゴミ袋固定具下部開口部幅Ｂにより大きさの違うゴミ箱に装着可能となる。
本発明に係るゴミ袋固定具によれば、ゴミ箱にかぶせるゴミ袋の端をキレイに処理する事が出来、既存のゴミ箱に使用することが出来る。
また、汎用性があることにより製造コストを大幅に削減できる。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。
本実施の形態によるゴミ袋固定具は、全体として、リング状をなし、袋余り部［図５］４を収納しやすくするため全体が拡大、復帰が可能な軟質樹脂製により成形されている。
材質は軟質樹脂の他、硬質樹脂、ゴム、金属も考えられる。ゴミ袋固定具下部開口部幅Ｂを任意にとることにより、同じゴミ袋固定具で大きさの異なるゴミ箱の口枠に対応できるようにした。
図２は、断面が円弧形を形成したゴミ袋固定具である。
図３は、断面が逆Ｕ字形を形成したゴミ袋固定具である。
図４は、断面がコの字形を形成したゴミ袋固定具である。
本発明は、形状が開口部を持つリング状を有し、連続する単一素材であるため輪投げ用の輪、風呂に浮かべる玩具としても利用の可能性がある。

Claims (4)

  1. ゴミ箱の上部開口部に装着し、装着したゴミ袋のはみ出し部をゴミ袋固定具開口部に隠すことが出来る、下部が開口し正面図がリング状で断面が円弧形を形成したゴミ袋固定具
  2. ゴミ袋固定具の断面が逆Ｕ字形を形成した請求項１のゴミ袋固定具
  3. ゴミ袋固定具の断面がコの字形を形成した請求項１のゴミ袋固定具
  4. ゴミ袋固定具下部開口部幅Ｂにより大きさの違うゴミ箱に装着可能な請求項１から３のいずれかに記載のゴミ袋固定具
