Abstract
【解決手段】噴射器1の基板10に複数配置した各噴射エレメント11に、基板10の前方の燃焼箇所CPに燃料及び酸化剤を噴射する異種衝突型の燃焼用酸化剤噴射ノズル13及び燃焼用燃料噴射ノズル15と、燃焼箇所CPよりもさらに前方の希釈箇所DPに希釈用の燃料を噴出する希釈用噴射ノズル17とを設けた。そして、燃焼箇所CPの近傍の高温燃焼域HAにおいて燃料と酸化剤を、着火性や保炎性が担保される適切な範囲内の混合比で燃焼させ、これにより発生した燃焼ガスを希釈用燃料又は希釈用酸化剤で希釈して、配管接続部4の近傍の低温燃焼域LAにおいて燃焼ガスを低混合比(燃料リッチ)又は超高混合比(酸素リッチ)の状態で燃焼させて低温化及び均一化させる構成とした。

噴射器から噴射した燃料及び酸化剤を燃焼器において混合燃焼させるガス発生器であって、
前記噴射器は同一面上に配置した複数の噴射エレメントを備えており、
前記各噴射エレメントは、
前記燃焼器における前記面の前方の燃焼箇所において、燃料及び酸化剤の各噴流を混合燃焼させる1又は複数の燃焼用燃料噴射ノズル及び1又は複数の燃焼用酸化剤噴射ノズルと、
前記燃焼器における前記燃焼箇所よりもさらに前記面の前方の希釈箇所に向けて噴射した希釈用の燃料又は酸化剤を、前記燃焼箇所で発生した燃焼ガスに混合させる1又は複数の希釈用噴射ノズルと、
をそれぞれ有している、
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 噴射器から噴射した燃料及び酸化剤を燃焼器において混合燃焼させるガス発生器であって、
前記噴射器は同一面上に配置した複数の噴射エレメントを備えており、
前記各噴射エレメントは、
前記燃焼器における前記面の前方の燃焼箇所において、燃料及び酸化剤の各噴流を混合燃焼させる1又は複数の燃焼用燃料噴射ノズル及び1又は複数の燃焼用酸化剤噴射ノズルと、
前記燃焼器における前記燃焼箇所よりもさらに前記面の前方の希釈箇所に向けて噴射した希釈用の燃料又は酸化剤を、前記燃焼箇所で発生した燃焼ガスに混合させる1又は複数の希釈用噴射ノズルと、
をそれぞれ有している、
ことを特徴とするガス発生器。 - 前記1又は複数の燃焼用燃料噴射ノズル及び1又は複数の燃焼用酸化剤噴射ノズルは、前記燃焼箇所において燃料及び酸化剤の各噴流を衝突させ異種衝突型の噴射ノズルであり、前記希釈用噴射ノズルは、前記燃焼箇所における前記燃料及び酸化剤の各噴流が衝突して発生した衝突噴流の飛翔方向の延長線上に存在する混合点に向けて、前記希釈用の燃料又は酸化剤を噴出することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス発生器。
