Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン10の排気通路12に設けられたDOC21と、DOC21よりも下流側の排気通路12に設けられて排気中のPMを捕集する前段DPF22及び後段DPF23と、前段DPF22の静電容量を検出する電極27と、電極27から入力される静電容量に基づいて、少なくとも後段DPF23のPM堆積量を推定するPM堆積量推定部51と、PM堆積量推定部51から入力されるPM堆積量が所定量を超えると、DOC21に燃料を噴射して、少なくとも後段DPF23に堆積したPMを燃焼除去する強制再生を実行する強制再生制御部53とを備えた。

Claims (5)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられた酸化触媒と、
前記酸化触媒よりも下流側の排気通路に設けられて排気中の粒子状物質を捕集する一対の第1及び第2のフィルタと、
前記第1のフィルタの静電容量を検出する静電容量検出手段と、
前記静電容量検出手段から入力される静電容量に基づいて、少なくとも前記第2のフィルタの粒子状物質堆積量を推定する堆積量推定手段と、
前記堆積量推定手段から入力される粒子状物質堆積量が所定量を超えると、前記酸化触媒に燃料を噴射して、少なくとも前記第2のフィルタに堆積した粒子状物質を燃焼除去する強制再生を実行するフィルタ再生手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする排気浄化システム。 - 前記第1のフィルタ及び前記第2のフィルタを前記排気通路内に排気流れ方向に沿って直列に配置した
請求項1に記載の排気浄化システム。 - 前記酸化触媒よりも下流側の排気通路から分岐して、前記第2のフィルタを迂回するバイパス通路をさらに備え、
前記第1のフィルタを当該バイパス通路に配置した
請求項1に記載の排気浄化システム。 - 前記静電容量検出手段から入力される静電容量に基づいて、前記第1のフィルタの内部温度を推定する内部温度推定手段と、
強制再生時のフィルタ目標温度と、前記内部温度推定手段から入力される内部温度との温度差に基づいて、前記フィルタ再生手段の燃料噴射量を補正する噴射量補正手段と、をさらに備える
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の排気浄化システム。 - 前記静電容量検出手段が、前記第1のフィルタ内に一個以上の隔壁を挟んで対向配置されてコンデンサを形成する少なくとも一対以上の電極で構成される
