Claims (4)
- 車速を示す速度情報を取得する車速取得部と、
車両を駆動させる駆動部の出力を示す出力情報を取得する出力取得部と、
前記速度情報および前記出力情報に基づいて、現在の車速における前記車両の定格出力に対する出力の比を示す出力率を導出する出力率導出部と、
前記速度情報および前記出力率に応じて、前記車両の走行に費やされるエネルギーの浪費の程度を示す浪費情報を導出する浪費導出部と、
前記浪費情報に基づいて前記エネルギーの浪費具合を表示する表示部と、
を備え、
前記浪費導出部は、前記車速が所定速度範囲内であり、かつ、前記出力率が予め設定された第1出力範囲内であるとき、該出力率が同じであっても、該車速が高い場合の方が、該車速が低い場合よりも、前記エネルギーの浪費が少ないことを示す前記浪費情報を導出することを特徴とする車載用表示装置。 - 前記浪費導出部は、前記速度情報および前記出力率から、前記浪費情報として数値を導出し、
前記表示部は、前記浪費情報としての数値に応じ、前記エネルギーの浪費が多いことを示すパワー範囲、または、該エネルギーの浪費が少ないことを示すエコ範囲のいずれに属する走行状態であるかを表示することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載用表示装置。 - 前記表示部は、前記エコ範囲に属する走行状態であることを示す表示領域を有し、該表示領域内で識別表示される現在位置によって、前記エネルギーの浪費の程度を示すことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車載用表示装置。
- 前記表示部は、前記出力率が0を含む第3出力範囲内である場合、前記指示位置を所定位置に停止表示させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車載用表示装置。
