1以上の部分(110)を部品(100)の冷却部材(120)に取り付ける工程と、
部品(100)内の1以上の冷却チャネル(130)によって形成される1以上の流体通路(360)によって流体を送ることで、部品(100)を冷却する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 1以上の冷却チャネル(130)が、部品(100)の表面(322)から少なくとも約508μm(0.020インチ)未満離れたところに配置される、請求項20記載の方法。
