前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)が前記クラッド層(202)を含まない実施態様1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。

前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)が冷却チャネル(112)を含む実施態様1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
[実施態様4]
前記冷却チャネル(112)が、前記表面(110)から約0.01インチ未満に配置される実施態様3に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
[実施態様5]
前記物品(100)がタービン部品である実施態様1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。

前記HTW合金(108)が、耐熱合金、超合金、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、鉄基超合金、アルミニウム-チタン超合金、CMSX-4、CMSX10、DS Siemet、GTD111、GTD222、GTD262、GTD444、INCONEL100、INCONEL700、INCONEL738、INCONEL792、INCONEL939、Mar-M-200、Mar-M-247、MGA1400、MGA2400、PWA1480、PWA1483、PWA1484、Rene N2、Rene N4、Rene N5、Rene N6、Rene65、Rene77、Rene80、Rene88DT、Rene104、Rene108、Rene125、Rene142、Rene195、Rene N500、Rene N515、TMS-75、TMS-82、UDIMET500およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される実施態様1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。

前記クラッド層(202)が別個の相として相互に混合された第1の合金および第2の合金を含み、前記第1の合金が少なくとも約2,400°Fの第1の融点を含み、前記第2の合金が約2,350°F未満の第2の融点を含む実施態様1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。

前記第1の合金が、HTW合金、耐熱合金、超合金、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、鉄基超合金、チタン-アルミニウム超合金、鉄基合金、合金鋼、ステンレス合金鋼、コバルト基合金、ニッケル基合金、チタン基合金、GTD111、GTD444、HAYNES188、HAYNES230、INCONEL738、L605、MAR-M-247、MAR-M-509、Rene108、Rene142、Rene195およびRene N2ならびにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される実施態様9に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
[実施態様11]
前記第2の合金が、ろう付け合金、鉄基合金、合金鋼、ステンレス合金鋼、コバルト基合金、ニッケル基合金、チタン基合金、DF-4B、D15、MAR-M-509B、BNi-2、BNi-3、BNi-5、BNi-6、BNi-7、BNi-9、BNi-10およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される実施態様9に記載のクラッド物品(200)。

前記クラッド層(202)が、酸化アルミニウム、炭化ケイ素、炭化タングステン、窒化チタン、炭窒化チタン、炭化チタンおよびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されたセラミック添加剤をさらに含む実施態様9に記載のクラッド物品(200)。

前記クラッド層(202)が、前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)を封止し、前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)を介して前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)が外部環境に流体連通するのを実質的に排除する実施態様1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
[実施態様14]
前記クラッド層(202)が、約0.05インチ未満のクラッドの厚さを含む実施態様1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
[実施態様15]
前記クラッドの厚さが、約0.005インチ~約0.04インチである実施態様14に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
[実施態様16]
クラッド物品(200)の形成方法であって、
予備焼結プリフォーム(PSP)を物品(100)上に配置することを含み、前記物品(100)は、
難溶接性(HTW)合金(108)を含む表面層(102)と、
前記表面層(102)の下の前記物品(100)内に配置された少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)と、
前記表面層(102)内に配置された少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)とを含み、さらに
前記物品(100)に前記PSPをろう付けし、前記物品(100)上に配置されたクラッド層(202)を前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)の上に形成することを含むクラッド物品(200)の形成方法。
[実施態様17]
前記物品(100)に前記PSPをろう付けすることによって、少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)内に前記PSPを拡散させない実施態様16に記載の方法。
[実施態様18]
前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)を封止し、前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)を介して前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)が外部環境に流体連通することを実質的に排除することをさらに含む実施態様16に記載の方法。
[実施態様19]
付加製造技術によって前記物品(100)を形成することをさらに含む実施態様16に記載の方法。
[実施態様20]
前記付加製造技術が、直接金属レーザ溶融および電子ビーム溶融のうちの少なくとも1つを含む実施態様19に記載の方法。

- クラッド物品(200)であって、
物品(100)を含み、前記物品(100)は、
難溶接性(HTW)合金(108)を含む表面層(102)と、
前記表面層(102)の下の前記物品(100)内に配置された少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)と、
前記表面層(102)内に配置され、最大長が25μmである少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)であって、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)に流体連通する少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)と、
前記表面層(102)の表面(110)上に配置され、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティが前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラックを通じて外部環境と流体連通しないようにするクラッド層(202)であって、前記クラッド層(202)が前記物品(100)にろう付けされた予備焼結プリフォーム(PSP)から形成されている、クラッド層と
を含み、
前記クラッド層(202)が前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)の上に配置され、
前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)に前記クラッド層(202)の材料が入り込んでおらず、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)が冷却チャネル(112)を含み、
前記クラッド層(202)が、酸化アルミニウム、炭化ケイ素、炭化タングステン、窒化チタン、炭窒化チタン、炭化チタンおよびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されたセラミック添加剤をさらに含む、クラッド物品(200)。 - 前記冷却チャネル(112)が、前記表面(110)から0.01インチ未満に配置される請求項1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
- 前記物品(100)がタービン部品である請求項1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
- 前記表面層(102)が、直接金属レーザ溶融構造および電子ビーム溶融構造のうちの少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
- 前記HTW合金(108)が、耐熱合金、超合金、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、鉄基超合金、アルミニウム-チタン超合金、CMSX-4、CMSX10、DS Siemet、GTD111、GTD222、GTD262、GTD444、INCONEL100、INCONEL700、INCONEL738、INCONEL792、INCONEL939、Mar-M-200、Mar-M-247、MGA1400、MGA2400、PWA1480、PWA1483、PWA1484、Rene N2、Rene N4、Rene N5、Rene N6、Rene65、Rene77、Rene80、Rene88DT、Rene104、Rene108、Rene125、Rene142、Rene195、Rene N500、Rene N515、TMS-75、TMS-82、UDIMET500およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
- 前記クラッド層(202)が別個の相として相互に混合された第1の合金および第2の合金を含み、前記第1の合金が少なくとも2,400°Fの第1の融点を含み、前記第2の合金が2,350°F未満の第2の融点を含む請求項1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
- 前記第1の合金が、HTW合金、耐熱合金、超合金、ニッケル基超合金、コバルト基超合金、鉄基超合金、チタン-アルミニウム超合金、鉄基合金、合金鋼、ステンレス合金鋼、コバルト基合金、ニッケル基合金、チタン基合金、GTD111、GTD444、HAYNES188、HAYNES230、INCONEL738、L605、MAR-M-247、MAR-M-509、Rene108、Rene142、Rene195およびRene N2ならびにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択され、前記第2の合金が、ろう付け合金、鉄基合金、合金鋼、ステンレス合金鋼、コバルト基合金、ニッケル基合金、チタン基合金、DF-4B、D15、MAR-M-509B、BNi-2、BNi-3、BNi-5、BNi-6、BNi-7、BNi-9、BNi-10およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される請求項6に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
- 前記クラッド層(202)が、前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)を封止し、前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)を介して前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)が外部環境に流体連通するのを実質的に排除する請求項1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
- 前記クラッド層(202)が、0.05インチ未満のクラッドの厚さを含む請求項1に記載のクラッド物品(200)。
- クラッド物品(200)の形成方法であって、
予備焼結プリフォーム(PSP)を物品(100)上に配置することを含み、前記物品(100)は、
難溶接性(HTW)合金(108)を含む表面層(102)と、
前記表面層(102)の下の前記物品(100)内に配置された少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)と、
前記表面層(102)内に配置され、最大長が25μmである少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)であって、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)に流体連通する少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)と
を含み、さらに
前記物品(100)に前記PSPをろう付けし、これにより、前記物品(100)に配置され前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラック(106)を覆い、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティが前記少なくとも1つのマイクロクラックを通じて外部環境と流体連通することを回避するためのクラッド層を形成することを含み、
前記PSPの前記物品(100)へのろう付けが、少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)内に前記PSPを拡散させないものであり、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティ(104)が冷却チャネル(112)を含み、
前記クラッド層(202)が、酸化アルミニウム、炭化ケイ素、炭化タングステン、窒化チタン、炭窒化チタン、炭化チタンおよびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されたセラミック添加剤をさらに含む、クラッド物品(200)の形成方法。 - 付加製造技術によって前記物品(100)を形成することであって、前記付加製造技術が、直接金属レーザ溶融および電子ビーム溶融のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、形成することをさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
