基準位置82から基準線80に沿ってL'/N(Nは自然数)の位置に関心領域84を設定する。図11では、L'/10の位置86の関心領域84が示されている。この関心領域84は、長方形であり、この長方形の短辺が基準線80に平行となるように配置される。また、関心領域84は、位置86の両側が同じ幅となるように配置される。この例では、一方の短辺が基準線80上に配置され、基準線80より下側に向けて関心領域84が延びている。関心領域の下端は、位置86において、橈骨の下端より所定長さの位置、例えば位置86を示す直線に沿って7mmの位置とされる。関心領域84の幅、つまり短辺の長さは、例えば10mmとすることができる。L'/6、L'/3など他の位置においても同様に関心領域を設定することができる。
Claims (4)
- 尺骨と橈骨を含む画像を取得する画像データ取得部と、
取得した画像データ内において、骨に対応した画像部分と軟部組織に対応した画像部分とを識別する組織識別部と、
尺骨と橈骨の間の骨間軟部組織の延びる方向に沿った基準線を設定する基準線設定部と、
測定位置の基準となる基準位置を取得する基準位置取得部と、
基準線に沿う方向において基準位置から所定距離の位置に少なくとも一つの関心領域を設定する関心領域設定部と、
設定された関心領域内の骨密度を算出する骨密度算出部と、
を有する、骨密度測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の骨密度測定装置において、設定される関心領域は、基準線に対して定められた所定の形状である、骨密度測定装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の骨密度測定装置であって、
基準線設定部は、取得した画像データの一つ座標軸上の位置における当該座標軸直交方向の骨間軟部組織の長さの中点を、複数の位置にて求め、求めた複数の中点に基づき基準線を設定する、
骨密度測定装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の骨密度測定装置であって、
識別した骨に対応した画像部分を利用して、尺骨茎状突起を特定する尺骨茎状突起特定部を更に有し、
基準位置取得部は、尺骨茎状突起の位置に基づき基準位置を取得する、
骨密度測定装置。
