Claims (13)
- 内燃機関のためのシリンダヘッド(1)と副燃焼室システム(2)とを備えた構造体であって、
前記シリンダヘッド(1)は、主燃焼室(5)を画定する炎板(3)を有しており、前記副燃焼室システム(2)は、少なくとも部分的に前記炎板(3)の開口部(4)内に配置されており、
前記副燃焼室システム(2)を実質的に包囲し、前記炎板(3)内および/または前記開口部(4)内の前記副燃焼室システム(2)の領域内に配置されている冷却空洞部(6)が提供されている、
ことを特徴とする構造体。 - 前記副燃焼室システム(2)は、少なくとも一つの副燃焼室部材(7)内に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の構造体。 - 前記少なくとも一つの副燃焼室部材(7)は、前記炎板(3)内の前記開口部(4)の内壁(9)と共に前記冷却空洞部(6)を形成する包囲溝部(8)を有しており、
前記開口部(4)の前記内壁(9)は、好適には、前記副燃焼室システム(2)の長手軸(L)に対して略放射状に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の構造体。 - 前記冷却空洞部(6)を封止するため、2つの封止部(11)、好適には2つの環状の封止部(11)が提供されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 冷媒を供給および排出するため、前記冷却空洞部(6)に接続された通路(12)が提供されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 前記通路(12)は、前記炎板(3)内に、好適には完全に前記炎板(3)内に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5記載の構造体。 - 前記冷却空洞部(6)は、温度制御媒体のための入口開口部(17)と、前記入口開口部(17)から離れた出口開口部(18)と、を有しており、
前記入口開口部(17)および前記出口開口部(18)は、前記通路(12)にそれぞれ接続されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の構造体。 - 液体、特に水、水性混合物またはオイルが冷媒として使用され得る、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 気体、特に圧縮空気が冷媒として使用され得る、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 前記冷却空洞部(6)は略環状である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 前記冷却空洞部(6)は、前記副燃焼室システム(2)の長手軸(L)に対して略多角形の断面を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 前記副燃焼室システム(2)は、点火フレアを前記主燃焼室(5)に導く立ち上がり通路(13)および腔部(14)を有しており、
前記冷却空洞部(6)は、前記立ち上がり通路(13)を実質的に包囲している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の構造体を有する内燃機関。
