AxMA[MB(CN)6]y・zH2O
Aは陽イオンに由来する原子である。xは0〜2、yは1〜0.3、zは0〜20である。MA,MBは金属原子である。
<プルシアンブルーナノ粒子の調製>
フェロシアン化ナトリウム・10水和物14.5gを水60mLに溶解した水溶液に硝酸鉄・9水和物16.2gを水に溶解した水溶液30mLを混合し、5分間攪拌した。析出した青色のプルシアンブルー沈殿物を遠心分離し、これを水で3回、続いてメタノールで1回洗浄し、減圧下で乾燥した。このときの収量は11.0gであり、収率はFe4[Fe(CN)6]3・15H2Oとして97.4%であった。
純水に炭酸セシウムを溶解させると共に、塩酸を添加してpH6、セシウム濃度100ppbのセシウム溶液を調製し、これを被処理液とした。
上記被処理液2000Lに上記プルシアンブルーを400g添加し、10min間撹拌し、セシウムを吸着させた。
プルシアンブルーナノ粒子濃度が2000ppmのスラリーを遠心分離機にて脱水し、50ppmのスラリー上澄液と、含水率87.5重量%の脱水ケーキとに分離した。
このプルシアンブルーナノ脱水ケーキを図4に示す乾燥及び酸化分解処理装置によって乾燥処理した。この装置は、図1に示したものと同一の構成のベッセル1及び誘導加熱ユニット2を備えている。なお、図4では、バルブ等の図示を省略している。
このプルシアンブルーナノ粒子脱水ケーキ2kgを内径200mm、長さ200mm、内容積6L、肉厚6mmの鉄製ベッセル1に投入し、誘導加熱ユニット2に組み込み、流入口4aを閉じ、流出口4bを蒸気排気管42及び冷却器43を介して受器44に接続した。
図4に示す乾燥及び酸化分解処理装置によってプルシアンブルーナノ脱水ケーキの乾燥及び酸化分解処理を行った。即ち、上記乾燥処理と同一のベッセル1に上記セシウム吸着プルシアンブルーナノ脱水ケーキ(含水率89.7重量%)2kgを投入し、誘導加熱ユニット2に組み込み、図4に示すように、流入口4aを閉じ、流出口4bを蒸気排気管42及び冷却器43を介して受器44に接続した。

Claims (5)
- セシウムイオンを吸着したプルシアンブルーのスラリーを乾燥及び分解処理する方法であって、
該スラリーを金属製のベッセルに収容し、
該ベッセルを誘導加熱してスラリーを乾燥させ、その後さらに加熱温度を上昇させてプルシアンブルーを分解処理することを特徴とするセシウム吸着スラリーの処理方法。 - 請求項1において、前記プルシアンブルーの分解処理時にベッセル内に空気を導入することを特徴とするセシウム吸着スラリーの処理方法。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記スラリーの乾燥及び分解工程において、ベッセル内をエゼクタで吸引することを特徴とするセシウム吸着スラリーの処理方法。
- 請求項3において、エゼクタに作動流体として水を供給し、この水に蒸気及び発生ガスを溶解、接触させることを特徴とするセシウム吸着スラリーの処理方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項において、プルシアンブルーの分解処理後、分解生成物を収容した該ベッセルを保管することを特徴とするセシウム吸着スラリーの処理方法。
