Abstract
【解決手段】発光装置100は、青色光源120と、第1蛍光粉150と、赤色光源130と、を備える。青色光源120は、青色光を発することに用いられ、第1蛍光粉150が青色光により励起されて発する光と青色光は、第1白色光となるように混合し、第1白色光は、CIE 1931色度座標において(0.397,0.502)、(0.337,0.512)、(0.26,0.34)、(0.313,0.3334)により囲まれる第1領域内に入る。赤色光源130は、赤色光を発することに用いられ、赤色光は、第1白色光を第2白色光となるように調合することに用いられる。

Claims (18)
- 青色光を発するための青色光源と、
前記青色光により励起されて発する光と前記青色光が、CIE 1931色度座標において、(0.397,0.502)、(0.337,0.512)、(0.26,0.34)、(0.313,0.3334)により囲まれる第1領域内に入る第1白色光となるように混合する第1蛍光粉と、
前記第1白色光を第2白色光となるように調合するための赤色光を発するための赤色光源と、
を備える発光装置。 - 前記第2白色光は、CIE 1931色度座標において、(0.52,0.512)、(0.337,0.512)、(0.26,0.34)、(0.39,0.26)により囲まれる第2領域内に入る請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第2白色光は、昼白色光及び温白色光を含む請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記青色光源は、少なくとも1つの青色発光ダイオードチップを含む請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記青色光の波長範囲は、440nm〜470nmである請求項4に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第1蛍光粉が前記青色光により励起されて発する光線の波長範囲は、540nm〜565nmである請求項5に記載の発光装置。
- 前記赤色光源は、少なくとも1つの赤色発光ダイオードチップを含む請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記赤色光の波長範囲は、580nm〜640nmである請求項7に記載の発光装置。
- 前記青色光により励起されて発する光の波長が前記赤色光の波長より大きく又は等しい第2蛍光粉
を更に備える請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。 - 青色光を発するための青色光源と、
前記青色光により励起される光と前記青色光が、CIE 1931色度座標において、(0.18,0.22)、(0.23,0.20)、(0.25,0.35)、(0.19,0.37)により囲まれる第3領域内に入る第3白色光となるように混合する第3蛍光粉と、
前記第3白色光を第4白色光となるように調合するための赤色光を発するための赤色光源と、
を備える発光装置。 - 前記第4白色光は、CIE 1931色度座標において、(0.18,0.22)、(0.39,0.13)、(0.42,0.35)、(0.19,0.37)により囲まれる第4領域内に入る請求項10に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第3白色光は、昼白色光及び温白色光を含む請求項10に記載の発光装置。
- 前記青色光源は、少なくとも1つの青色発光ダイオードチップを含む請求項10に記載の発光装置。
- 前記青色光の波長範囲は、440nm〜470nmである請求項13に記載の発光装置。
- 前記第3蛍光粉が前記青色光により励起されて発する光線の波長範囲は、515nm〜540nmである請求項14に記載の発光装置。
- 前記赤色光源は、少なくとも1つの赤色発光ダイオードチップを含む請求項10に記載の発光装置。
- 前記赤色光の波長範囲は、580nm〜640nmである請求項16に記載の発光装置。
- 前記青色光により励起されて発する光の波長は、前記赤色光の波長より大きく又は等しい第4蛍光粉
を更に備える請求項10〜17のいずれか一項に記載の発光装置。
