Description

The present invention relates to an air purification wall greening device having a function of cleaning the atmosphere and a function of greening a wall surface.

There is an air purification wall greening device installed on the wall of a building and the like for purifying the atmosphere and greening the wall. This type of conventional air purification wall greening device of this type adsorbs and removes pollutants in the air by allowing the air to pass through a soil base on which plants for greening are planted. Soil such as lightweight soil was used as the soil base.
In the green surface forming member used for performing only the greening of the wall surface without performing the air purification, there is a member whose soil base is made of other than soil (for example, Patent Document 1).

Since the conventional air purification wall greening apparatus uses soil such as lightweight soil as the soil base, it has the following problems.
-Heavy soil base. For example, soil is wet and has a specific gravity of about 0.5.
・ Since the weight of the soil base is heavy, it is necessary to construct the structure of the air purification wall greening device firmly, which is expensive.
-Distribution of soil composition tends to be uneven in the soil itself or the entire soil layer, and unevenness in air permeability tends to occur.
・ Soil spills out from the front, which is the greening surface, so it is not suitable for indoor installation.
・ Because it is on-site construction, it takes time, labor, and cost for construction.
・ Soil base soil is reduced, so it is necessary to replenish the soil appropriately.

The object of the present invention is to reduce the overall weight and size, to reduce costs, to prevent uneven ventilation, to facilitate management after installation, and to be suitable for installation indoors. It is to provide an air purification wall greening device.

The air purification wall greening device of the present invention is provided along a sponge-like or roll-like plant growth base and a back surface of the plant growth base, and sends air to be blown so as to be purified through the plant growth base. A ventilation layer forming member having a ventilation layer to be guided.
According to this configuration, since the ventilation layer forming member is provided on the back surface of the plant growth base, the flow of air from the ventilation layer of the ventilation layer formation member to the front side of the plant growth substrate or the plant by blowing Air flows from the front side of the growth base to the ventilation layer of the ventilation layer forming member. When the air passes through the plant growth base due to the air flow, contaminants in the air are adsorbed and removed, and the air is purified. Since the plant growth base is sponge-like or roll-like and lightweight, the structure of the air purification wall greening device can be made a relatively simple structure. The design can be improved. Since the plant growth base is sponge-like or roll-like, it can be made to have uniform specifications. Therefore, the air permeability is less likely to be uneven. In addition, since soil is not used, even if it is installed indoors, the soil does not spill out and soil the interior.

In the present invention, a plurality of the plant growth bases may be arranged. In that case, it is preferable to arrange the plant growth bases so that the back surfaces of the plurality of plant growth bases follow a common air-permeable layer.
If the plant growth bases are arranged so that the back surfaces of the plurality of plant growth bases are along the common ventilation layer, air can be passed through the plurality of plant growth bases with one ventilation layer, and the overall configuration is simplified. Can be.

When a plurality of plant growth bases are arranged as described above, the front part of the ventilation layer forming member has a plurality of container parts for accommodating the plant growth bases, respectively, It is preferable that the vents communicating with the vent layer have planting openings for planting plants on the front surface, and have an irrigation inlet on the upper surface and an irrigation outlet on the lower surface.
By providing a plurality of container portions for accommodating each plant growth base on the front surface of the ventilation layer forming member, each plant growth base can be accurately arranged at a predetermined position. When each container part has a vent hole communicating with the vent layer, air can flow through the plant growth base. Further, when each container portion has an irrigation inlet on the upper surface and an irrigation outlet on the lower surface, irrigation can be performed from the irrigation inlet on the upper surface, and excess water can be discharged from the irrigation outlet on the lower surface.

The ventilation layer forming member is box-shaped, and a fan that sucks air from outside the ventilation layer and blows air into the ventilation layer or sucks air from the ventilation layer and blows outside is provided in the ventilation layer. You may install in a formation member.
When a fan is installed on the ventilation layer forming member, it is not necessary to provide a fan or a duct outside, and the entire structure including the fan can be made compact, and installation can be easily performed.

Further, irrigation means for irrigating the plant growth base may be provided above the uppermost container portion, and a water storage tank may be provided below the ventilation layer forming member.
By providing irrigation means, water can be satisfactorily supplied to the plant growth base. Further, if a water storage tank is provided, excess water can be recovered.

In the present invention, a plurality of container parts for accommodating the plant growth bases are arranged at intervals on the front surface of the ventilation layer forming member, and the plurality of container parts communicate with the ventilation layer on the back surface. The vent hole may be smaller than the back surface of the plant growth base.
In the case of this configuration, since a plurality of container parts are arranged at intervals, it is possible to obtain an advantage that plants grown in each container part can be prevented from interfering with each other. In this case, if the entire back surface of the container portion is a vent, a part of the air entering from the vent leaks to the surroundings without passing through the plant growth base, and the purification function by the plant growth base is sufficient. May not be demonstrated. However, if the vent is made smaller than the back of the plant growth base as described above, air leakage to the surrounding area can be eliminated and reliable purification can be performed.

In this invention, it is good that the ventilation resistance of the front-back direction in the state containing the water | moisture content of the said plant growth base is 100 Pa or less.
If the ventilation resistance is 100 Pa or less, air can pass through the plant growth base in the forward and backward directions.

The air purification wall greening device of the present invention is provided along a sponge-like or roll-like plant growth base and a back surface of the plant growth base, and sends air to be blown so as to be purified through the plant growth base. Because it is equipped with a ventilation layer forming member that forms a ventilation layer to guide, it can be reduced in weight and size as a whole, and the cost can be suppressed, the unevenness of the ventilation portion is hardly generated, and management after installation is easy. It is also suitable for installation indoors.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in the front view of FIG. 1B, this air purification wall greening apparatus is shown in a plurality of plant growth bases 1 arranged in an aligned state in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and in a longitudinal sectional view of FIG. Thus, the ventilation layer forming member 2 located in the back side of each said plant growth base 1 is provided.

The outer wall of the air purification wall greening device comprises a box-shaped device housing 3. The device housing 3 is formed by assembling a plurality of metal plates or resin plates into a box shape whose front side is open. The inside of the device housing 3 is partitioned into a front side space and a back side space by a partition plate 4, and each of the plant growth bases 1 is accommodated in a plurality of container portions 5 arranged in the front side space. ing. And the surface of the front side of each plant cultivation base | substrate 1 becomes a planting surface in which the plant 30 is planted. The ventilation layer forming member 2 is configured by a portion on the back side of the partition plate 4 in the apparatus housing 3, and the air blown so that the back side space passes through each plant growing member 1 and is purified. It becomes the ventilation layer 6 which guides.

Each plant growth base 1 is made of a sponge-like foam material, that is, an open-celled porous body, an elastic or flexible material, or a felt-like mat material made into a roll. These sponge-like foam materials or roll-like felt-like mat materials desirably have a small material change in a water-immersed state and have a ventilation resistance of 100 Pa or less in a state containing moisture. 100 Pa is a ventilation resistance that allows air to pass well through the plant growth base 1 in the front-rear direction. In the case of a felt-like mat material made into a roll, for example, it is installed with the direction of the winding center axis of the mat material set in the front-rear direction. The plant growth base 1 is preferably excellent in water retention and water conductivity. For example, it is preferable to use a material whose birec pumping distance becomes 5 cm or more after 10 minutes. Specifically, sponge or “Pafcal” (registered trademark) manufactured by Suntory Holding Co., Ltd. may be used.

The plant growth base 1 is formed according to the shape of the container part 5 and has, for example, a cubic shape as shown in FIG. A concave portion 1a for planting is formed on one surface of the cube, and a plant 30 is planted in the concave portion 1a for planting. The root portion of the plant 30 is accommodated in the planting recess 1a. However, the root portion may be only the root or may include a part of the nursery bed at the time of seedling growth. On one surface adjacent to the surface on which the planting recess 1a is formed, a positioning recess 1b into which the standing edge portion 14a of the post-irrigation outlet 14 is fitted is formed.

In FIG. 1 (A), the container part 5 which accommodates the plant growth base | substrate 1 is comprised with the said partition plate 4 and the container formation member 10 fixed to the front side of this partition plate 4. In FIG. The container part 5 in this example has a cubic shape, has a vent hole 11 communicating with the vent layer 6 on the back surface, a planting opening 12 on the front surface, an irrigation inlet 13 on the upper surface, and an irrigation outlet on the lower surface. 14 respectively. On the inner peripheral edges of the irrigation inlet 13 and the irrigation outlet 14, standing edge portions 13a and 14a rising upward are formed, respectively. When a perforated steel plate is used as the partition plate 4, a hole in the perforated steel plate can be used as the vent hole 11.

The ventilation layer 6 is connected to the lower air chamber 17 of the apparatus housing 3 through a communication hole 18, and a fan 19 that sends air from the air chamber 17 to the ventilation layer 6 is installed in the communication hole 18. The fan 19 is a turbo fan, for example. An air inlet / outlet port 17 a partitioned by fins is provided on the front surface of the air chamber 17. When the fan 19 is driven, air is sucked in from the air inlet / outlet port 17a, and the air passes through the air chamber 17 and the ventilation layer 6, passes through each plant growth base 1 from the back side to the front side, and is discharged from the planting surface. A flow occurs. In addition, you may make it the air flow direction of the fan 19 install in the reverse direction, and the air flow of the reverse direction may arise in the plant growth base 1. FIG.

An irrigation means 21 is provided between the uppermost container portion 5 and the top plate portion of the apparatus housing 3. For example, the irrigation means 21 is a tube having one end connected to a water supply source and a plurality of holes formed in the outer periphery, and water that has oozed out from the holes is supplied from the irrigation inlet 13 of the uppermost container unit 5 to the same container. It is dripped at the plant stage growth base 1 accommodated in the part 5. The excess water in the uppermost plant growth base 1 is dropped downward from the irrigation outlet 14, and water is supplied to the second stage plant growth base 1 from above. In the same manner, water is sequentially supplied to the plant growth base 1 below.

The portion on the front side of the partition plate 14 at the bottom of the device housing 3 receives the extra water falling from the lowermost plant growth base 1 and guides it along the width direction of the air purification wall greening device. It has become. A drainage pipe 23 extending downward is provided in the downstream part of the water guide direction of the trough 22, and the water received by the trough 22 passes through the drainage pipe 23 to a water storage tank 24 provided below the air chamber 17. Collected. By providing the trough 22 and the water storage tank 24, excess water can be collected.

In the air purification wall greening device having this configuration, a plant 30 is planted on each sponge-like or roll-like plant growth base 1, and an appropriate amount of water is supplied to each plant growth base 1 by the irrigation means 21. The plant 30 extends outward from the planting opening 12 of the container unit 5 and greens the wall surface on the front side. Moreover, since the ventilation layer 6 is provided in the back side of each plant growth base | substrate 1, and the vent hole 11 connected to the ventilation layer 6 is provided in each container part 5, by blowing with the fan 19, each plant growth base | substrate It is possible to generate a flow of air passing through 1 from the back side to the front side, or a reverse air flow. Due to this air flow, when the air passes through each plant growth base 1, contaminants in the air are adsorbed and removed, and the air is purified. Since the plant growth base 1 is in the form of a sponge or a roll, it can be made to have a uniform specification, and therefore unevenness in air permeability is unlikely to occur.
The blower fan 19 may be provided apart from the apparatus housing 3 and connected to the ventilation layer 6 by a duct. However, when the fan 19 is installed on the ventilation layer forming member 2 as in this embodiment, the fan 19 is provided outside. It is not necessary to provide a duct or a duct, and the entire structure including the fan 19 can be configured compactly and can be easily installed.

Since the spongy or roll-like plant growth base 1 is lightweight, the structure of the air purification wall greening device can be made relatively simple. For these reasons, a wide range of materials can be selected, cost can be reduced and design can be improved. Further, since the plant growth bases 1 are arranged so that the back surfaces of the plurality of plant growth bases 1 are along the common ventilation layer 6, the air passes through the plurality of plant growth bases 1 with one ventilation layer 6. The overall configuration can be simplified. Moreover, since each plant growth base | substrate 1 is each accommodated in the some container part 5 provided in the front surface of the ventilation layer forming member 2, each plant growth base | substrate 1 can be arrange | positioned to a predetermined position with sufficient precision. In addition, since soil is not used, even if it is installed indoors, the soil does not spill out and soil the interior.

Further, as in this embodiment, when a plurality of container parts 5 are arranged at intervals, there is an advantage that the plants 30 grown in each container part 5 can be prevented from interfering with each other. It is done. In this case, if the entire back surface of the container part 5 is the vent hole 11, a part of the air that has entered from the vent hole 11 leaks to the periphery without passing through the plant growth base 1, and is caused by the plant growth base 1. The purification function may not be fully demonstrated. However, if the vent hole 11 is made smaller than the back surface of the plant growth base 1 as in this embodiment, air can be prevented from leaking to the periphery, and reliable purification can be performed.

The effects of this air purification wall greening device are summarized as follows.
-Since the plant growth base 1 for purifying the atmosphere is not a soil such as soil but a sponge-like foam material or a felt-like mat material made into a roll, the entire air purification wall greening device can be reduced in weight.
-Since the entire air purification wall greening device is lightweight, the structural housing of the air purification wall greening device can also be lightened.
-If the structural housing is light, the range of material selection for the structural housing is widened, the cost can be reduced, and the design can be improved.
Aeration can be controlled by arbitrarily determining the position and size of the vent 11 provided in the container portion 5 that accommodates the plant growth base 1.
-Since soil is not used for the plant growth base 1, the soil does not spill, and even if it is ventilated to the plant growth base 1 for air purification, no soil odor is generated. Therefore, it can be installed indoors.
-Since the several plant growth base | substrate 1 is disperse | distributed and arrange | positioned, the water | moisture-content gradient for every upper and lower planting places is hard to come out. Therefore, the growth of the plant 30 is stabilized at any planting location.
-A highly durable material can be used for the plant growth base 1. Thereby, the component which comprises the plant growth base 1 reduces, and it can prevent that a clearance gap is made in the upper part of the plant growth base 1. FIG.
