Abstract
Description
(1)前記対のコイル端子の前記回路基板に対する各接続点を、それらの接続点を結ぶ線によって台形形状が描かれる位置に配置したもの。つまり、前記対のコイル端子の前記回路基板に対する各接続点と前記コイルに対する各接続点は、平面投影した際に一致しない位置に配置される。
(2)前記対のコイル端子を左右対称に配置し、前記対のコイル端子の前記応力吸収部を、コの字状、C字状、又は1つの凸状形状を有する多角形状にし、かつ、前記応力吸収部の前記凸状形状の湾曲の方向を逆にしたもの。
(3)前記回路基板を支持する電気端子の中に、前記対のコイル端子の配列方向と直交する向きに配列された端子を含ませたもの。

Claims (4)
- 基板収容ケースに植設された電気端子を回路基板に固定し、
前記回路基板は前記電気端子に支持され、
電磁弁を駆動するコイルに取り付けられた対のコイル端子を前記回路基板に固定して前記コイルを前記回路基板で支持する回路基板装置であって、
前記対のコイル端子は、前記コイルに対する接続点と前記回路基板に対する接続点との間に湾曲した応力吸収部を有し、
前記対のコイル端子の前記コイルに対する接続点間の距離と、前記回路基板に対する接続点間の距離とが相違し、
前記各接続点は、前記各接続点を結ぶ線によって台形形状が描かれる位置に配置され、
前記対のコイル端子の前記コイルに対する接続点を備えた基端側と前記回路基板に対する接続点を備えた先端側が同一平面上に配置されることを特徴とする回路基板支持装置。 - 前記対のコイル端子は、左右対称形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路基板支持装置。
- 前記応力吸収部は、1つの凸湾曲形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回路基板支持装置。
- 前記回路基板を支持する前記電気端子の中に、前記対のコイル端子の配列方向と直交する向きに配列された端子が含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の回路基板支持装置。
