Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 壁を有する中空部材と、
第1の印字ヘッドが前記壁の内部表面上に材料を射出することができるように前記中空部材内に装着される前記第1の印字ヘッドと、
前記中空部材の前記壁を前記印字ヘッドの周りに回転させるように前記中空部材に動作可能に接続される第1のドライバと、
前記第1の印字ヘッドおよび前記第1のドライバに動作可能に接続されるコントローラと、を備え、前記コントローラは、前記中空部材を回転させるために前記第1のドライバを動作させるように、および、前記壁の前記内部表面上へ材料を射出し、前記壁が前記第1の印字ヘッドの周りを回転するにつれて前記壁の上に材料層を構築するために前記第1の印字ヘッドを動作させるように構成される3次元プリンタ。 - 前記中空部材の前記壁に対して前記第1の印字ヘッドを動かすように前記第1の印字ヘッドに動作可能に接続される第2のドライバをさらに備え、前記コントローラが、前記第2のドライバに動作可能に接続され、前記第1の印字ヘッドを第1の位置から第2の位置まで動かすために前記第2のドライバを動作させるようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の3次元プリンタ。
- 前記第2のドライバが、前記第1の印字ヘッドを前記中空部材の前記壁に対して垂直な方向に前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置まで動かすようにさらに構成される、請求項2に記載の3次元プリンタ。
- 前記コントローラが、(i)前記中空部材の回転中の連続的な運動および(ii)前記中空部材の1つもしくは複数の回転の後の少なくとも1つの個別的な運動のうちの1つ以上の運動で、前記第1の印字ヘッドを前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置まで動かすために前記第2のドライバを動作させるようにさらに構成される、請求項3に記載の3次元プリンタ。
- センサと前記中空部材の前記内部表面から最も遠い射出された材料層との間のギャップの距離に対応する信号を生成するように構成される前記センサをさらに備え、前記コントローラは前記センサに動作可能に接続され、前記コントローラが、
前記センサによって生成された前記信号を参照して、前記センサから、前記中空部材の前記内部表面から最も遠い射出された前記材料層までの距離を特定するように、および、
前記特定された距離を参照して、前記中空部材の前記内部表面に対して垂直な方向に前記第1の印字ヘッドを動かし、前記第1の印字ヘッドと前記中空部材の前記内部表面から最も遠い射出された前記材料層との間の所定のギャップを保持するために、前記第2のドライバを動作させるように、さらに構成される、請求項2に記載の3次元プリンタ。 - 前記第2のドライバが、前記中空部材の前記壁に対して平行な方向に前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置まで前記第1の印字ヘッドを動かすようにさらに構成される、請求項2に記載の3次元プリンタ。
- 前記コントローラが、(i)前記中空部材の回転中の連続的な運動および(ii)前記中空部材の1つもしくは複数の回転の後の少なくとも1つの個別的な運動のうちの1つ以上の運動で、前記第1の印字ヘッドを前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置まで動かすために前記第2のドライバを動作させるようにさらに構成される、請求項6に記載の3次元プリンタ。
- 前記中空部材の前記壁が、前記ドライバが前記中空部材を回転させる軸に対して平行な角度を形成する、請求項1に記載の3次元プリンタ。
- 前記中空部材の前記壁が、前記ドライバが前記中空部材を回転させる軸に対して傾斜した角度を形成する、請求項1に記載の3次元プリンタ。
- 前記中空部材に動作可能に接続される位置エンコーダであって、前記位置エンコーダが、前記中空部材の回転位置の関数として交流信号を生成するように構成され、前記コントローラが、前記位置エンコーダに動作可能に接続され、前記コントローラが、
所定の期間に生成される前記交流信号のいくつかの整数周期および分数周期を合計し、前記所定の期間の前記交流信号の整数周期および分数周期を参照して、前記中空部材の回転速度を特定し、
前記交流信号の前記整数周期および分数周期ならびに変換係数を参照して、前記中空部材の位置を特定し、
前記中空部材の前記特定された回転速度および前記特定された位置を参照して、前記壁の前記内部表面上へ前記材料を射出するために、前記第1の印字ヘッドを動作させるようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載の3次元プリンタ。
