Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 正確な体積の液体分注機器であって、
2つの圧力センサと、
比較的小さい体積の液体を受け入れて分配するための流体通路であって、前記2つのセンサに流体接続して配置されている規定体積部分を有している、流体通路と、
前記圧力センサのうちの一方が、前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分の一部分において圧力を測定するように配置されており、前記圧力センサのうちの他方が、前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分のうちの異なる部分においてガス圧力を測定するように配置されており、
前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分の中へ、または、前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分から流体を移動させるために、前記通路と連通している少なくとも1つの弁と、
(i)測定される前記圧力に基づいて、前記規定体積部分に加えられる体積を計算するステップ、および、(ii)測定される前記圧力が、流体の所望の体積が前記流体通路の中にあることを示すまで、前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分の中へ液体を計量するステップ、からなる群から選択されるステップを実施するためのプロセッサと、
を含む、正確な体積の液体分注機器。 - 前記規定体積部分が、前記2つの圧力センサ間に配置されている、請求項1に記載の正確な体積の液体分注機器。
- 前記2つのガス圧力センサの間の所定の点において前記規定体積流体通路に接続されている供給源貯蔵部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の正確な体積の液体分注機器。
- 複数の供給源貯蔵部をさらに含み、それぞれの前記貯蔵部が、前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分に接続している、請求項1に記載の正確な体積の液体分注機器。
- マイクロ波供給源と、
前記供給源と連通しているマイクロ波キャビティと、
前記マイクロ波キャビティの中にあり、かつ、前記規定体積部分以外の位置において前記流体通路に流体連通している反応容器と、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の正確な体積の液体分注機器。 - 供給源試薬のための供給源貯蔵部であって、流体を前記反応容器へ移送するために、前記流体通路が前記供給源貯蔵部と前記反応容器との間に配置されている、供給源貯蔵部をさらに含み、
前記2つの圧力センサが前記流体通路に流体連通しており、流体が前記圧力センサ間の前記規定体積部分の中にあるときに前記通路の中の圧力を測定するために、前記通路の規定体積部分によって、互いに間隔をあけて配置されている、請求項5に記載の機器。 - 前記供給源貯蔵部と前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分との間に液体弁をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のSPPS機器。
- 前記ガス圧力センサ間の前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分に、それぞれが独立して連通している複数の供給源貯蔵部と、
それぞれの前記供給源貯蔵部と前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分との間の液体弁と、
をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のSPPS機器。 - 前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分から前記反応容器へ液体を分配するために、前記圧力センサのうちの1つと前記反応容器との間に液体弁をさらに含む、請求項6に記載のSPPS機器。
- ペプチド固相合成(SPPS)にとって特に有用な、正確な小さい体積の液体を移送するための方法であって、
流体通路の規定体積部分へ液体を移送するステップと、
前記通路の前記規定体積部分の中に、前記液体とともにガスを維持するステップと、
前記規定体積部分の中の圧力を測定するステップと、
測定される前記圧力に基づいて、前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分の中に移送される液体の体積を計算するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記規定体積部分の中の前記液体の両側にガスを維持し、それによって、前記通路の前記規定体積部分の中の前記液体が前記ガス部分間にある状態で、2つの別々のガス部分を確立するステップと、
前記ガス部分のうちの少なくとも1つの前記ガス圧力を測定するステップと
を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - それぞれのガス部分の前記ガス圧力を測定するステップと、それぞれの部分の測定される前記圧力に基づいて、前記体積を計算するステップとを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- アミノ酸、活性剤、脱保護剤、溶媒、および、洗浄剤からなる群から選択される液体を、少なくとも固相樹脂と結び付いたアミノ酸を含む反応容器へ移送するステップを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- マイクロ波放射線を前記反応容器に適用し、アミノ酸を脱保護すること、アミノ酸を活性化させること、樹脂結合アミノ酸を溶媒で洗浄すること、および、固相樹脂からアミノ酸を切断することからなる群から選択される反応を実施するステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- ペプチド固相合成(SPPS)にとって特に有用な、正確な小さい体積の液体を移送するための方法であって、
2つの圧力センサと流体連通している流体通路の規定体積部分の中の圧力を測定するステップと、
測定される前記圧力が、液体の所定の体積が前記通路の中へ移送されたことを示すまで、前記流体通路の前記規定体積部分に液体を加えるステップと
を含む、方法。
