Claims (11)
- 好適にはポリエチレンをベースとする熱可塑性材料から成る実質的に閉鎖されたタンクボディ(2)を有し、かつ該タンクボディの少なくとも幾つかの部分を包囲する多層複合材料から成るジャケットを有することを特徴とする、自動車用の作動流体タンク(1)、特に、プラスチックから成る燃料タンク又は二次流体タンク。
- 前記ジャケットは、少なくとも1つ、好適には2つの自立型シェル(3)を含む、請求項1記載の作動流体タンク。
- 前記ジャケットは、少なくとも1つの剛性フォーム層を含む、請求項1又は2記載の作動流体タンク。
- 前記ジャケットは、少なくとも2層、好適には3層の構造を有し、絶縁層として、特に剛性フォーム層として中央支持層(5)を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の作動流体タンク。
- 前記ジャケットは、繊維複合材料から成る少なくとも1つの表面層(4,6)を含む、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の作動流体タンク。
- 前記ジャケットは、前記タンクボディを完全に包囲している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の作動流体タンク。
- 前記ジャケットは、前記タンクボディに材料結合されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の作動流体タンク。
- 多層複合材料から成る少なくとも1つの自立型剛性シェル上に又はその内部にタンクボディを成形することを含むことを特徴とする、自動車用の作動流体タンク、特に熱可塑性材料から成る燃料タンク又は二次タンクを製造する方法。
- 複数の部分から成るブロー金型において管状のプリフォーム又は複数のウェブ状でかつシート状のプリフォームを押出ブロー成形し、前記シェルをブロー金型に配置し、1つ又は複数のプリフォームをシェル上に成形する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの相補的なシェルを、ブロー金型に導入し、完成したタンクのための完全に閉鎖したジャケットを形成する、請求項8又は9記載の方法。
- プリフォームを、炭化水素のための少なくとも1つのバリヤ層と、少なくとも1つの外側接着促進剤層とを備えて押出し成形し、外側接着促進剤層が少なくとも1つのシェルと接触させられる、請求項8から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
