- ポンプハウジング(20)と前記ポンプハウジング(20)に偏心して搭載されたインペラー(14)とを有する液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)は、弾性係数が4000N/mm2よりも小さい材料からなることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)は非繊維強化材料からなることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1または2に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)は均質の表面を有することを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)はプラスチック材料からなることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項4に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)は、ポリオキシメチレン(POM)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、またはポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)からなることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)の材料は弾性係数が少なくとも2000N/mm2であることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)のベーン(23)の数は10〜20枚であることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)はディスク状突起(25)を有し、このディスク状突起(25)はハブ(24)から半径方向外側に延び、ポンプの運転中、液体リングに入り込むことを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 請求項8に記載の液体リング真空ポンプにおいて、
前記インペラー(14)のベーン(23)は、前記ディスク状突起(25)よりもさらに液体リングに入り込むことを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプ。 - 偏心して取り付けられたポンプのシャフト(18)に堅く接続されるためのハブ(24)と、前記ハブ(24)から半径方向外側に延びる複数のベーン(23)とを有し、前記複数のベーン(23)は、一端側において、半径方向の長さの少なくとも半分に亘ってディスク状突起(25)で覆われている、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1に記載のタイプの液体リング真空ポンプのためのインペラーにおいて、
前記インペラーは、弾性係数が4000N/mm2よりも小さい材料からなることを特徴とする液体リング真空ポンプのためのインペラー。
