Abstract
Description
LEDは、高効率の照度と低消費電力などの利点を有し、環境に優しく、エネルギー効率が高いことから利用度が徐々に増えていく傾向にあり、政府も積極的に推奨している。また、LEDを用いた照明灯は、一般的な照明灯に比べて60%〜80%の電力が削減され、50,000時間以上の半永久的な寿命を持ち、グレアが発生しないため、照明灯として脚光を浴びている。

Claims (9)
- LEDモジュールの上面に設けられ、ヒートパイプ及びヒートパイプホルダーで構成されたヒートパイプモジュールと、
前記ヒートパイプモジュール及び前記LEDモジュールの下部に位置し、前記ヒートパイプモジュールと前記LEDモジュールを収容する下部ケースと、
前記下部ケースと結合し、前記ヒートパイプモジュールと前記LEDモジュールとを収容する内部空間を形成する上部ケースと、
を有して構成され、
前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースとの間には、モールディングが挿入されて結合されることを特徴とするLED照明灯。 - 前記ヒートパイプモジュールは、
前記LEDモジュールの上面に設けられる前記ヒートパイプホルダーと、
前記ヒートパイプホルダーの周囲に取り付けられる前記ヒートパイプと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明灯。 - 前記LEDモジュールは、
前記ヒートパイプモジュールの下面に取り付けられるPCB基板と、
前記PCB基板に均一に配列されるLED素子と、
前記PCB基板の下部に取り付けられ、中央部に開口が形成された基板カバーと、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明灯。 - 前記ヒートパイプホルダーは、平面形状が「+」または「−」形状で、各端部が互いに当接するよう曲げられたヒートパイプの下部ホルダー及びヒートパイプの上部ホルダーで構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のLED照明灯。
- 前記ヒートパイプの上部ホルダー及び下部ホルダーの各中央部には、一定幅の溝が形成され、前記溝に前記ヒートパイプが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のLED照明灯。
- 前記ヒートパイプの上部ホルダーの各端部には挿入溝が形成され、前記ヒートパイプの下部ホルダーの各端部には突起が形成され、前記挿入溝に前記突起が挿入されて前記ヒートパイプの上部ホルダー及び下部ホルダーが結合されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のLED照明灯。
- 前記ヒートパイプモジュールの上面及び下面と、前記上部ケース及び前記下部ケースの間には、サーマルグリースまたは金属性材質のはんだが充填されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のLED照明灯。
- 前記下部ケースの中央部は、LED素子の光が外へ出射される開口が形成され、縁に沿って雨水が抜け出すよう、一定の間隔でドレンホールが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明灯。
- 前記ヒートパイプモジュール及び前記LEDモジュールが複数個で構成されて前記上部ケースと前記下部ケースとによって構成されるケース内に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明灯。
