Abstract
Description
本発明は特に、特定の配達ドラムを使用して支持・移送層に形成された凹部中に超吸収剤ポリマーを充填する方法に関するものである。
(1)キャリア材料を用意し、
(2)上記キャリア材料を支持する、支持パターンを有する支持体を用意し、
(3)キャリア材料保持手段(特に真空吸引手段)を用意し、
(4)キャリア材料を支持体上に位置決めし、キャリアを支持体と接触させ、
(5)所定量のSAP微粒子材料を用意し、
(6)カバー材料でキャリアをサンドイッチし、
ここで、
(7)上記キャリア材料は支持手段の支持パターンの区域だけを支持し、
(8)上記キャリア材料保持手段でキャリア材料を変形し、支持されていない区域に圧痕(インデント)を形成し、
(9)上記SAP微粒子材料をキャリア材料へ移送し、圧痕(インデント)に入れることでSAP微粒子材料の第1パターンを形成する。
(1)SAP微粒子の材料を用意し、
(2)受取り領域でSAP微粒子材料を受けて、それを放出領域へ送る移送装置を用意し、
(3)上記移送装置は第1パターン形成手段を有する。
(i)吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)を有する第1シート層(2)、
(ii)上記吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)中に収容された超吸収剤材料の集合体(mass)(6)、
(iii)第1シート層(2)上に配置された第2シート層(7)、
を含む吸収剤物品(1)の、下記(a)〜(e)の段階から成ることを特徴とする製造方法を提供する:
(a)第1シート層(2)を用意し、
(b)上記吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)の列に対応する凹部(91、91b、91c)を有するロールC3を用いて第1シート層(2)に上記吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)を形成し、
(c)予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)を用意し、
(d)上記の予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)を回転分配ドラム(101、111)から供給し、この回転分配ドラム(101、111)は吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)の列に対応する開口(103a、103b、103c、103d、113a、113b、113c)をその外周上に有し、上記の予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)は上記の開口(103a、103b、103c、103d、113a、113b、113c)を通って上記回転分配ドラム(101、111)の内側部分に供給され、
(e)第2シート層(7)材料を供給し、固定して、第1シートとの間にをサンドイッチし、
(f)吸収剤物品(1)の仕上げ加工をする。
本発明の一実施例では、上記供給ラインが加圧ガス噴射システムを有する。
本発明の一実施例では、前記ドラム(101、111)がマンドレル(102)上に載置されている。
本発明の一実施例では、上記ドラム(111)がエンボスパターンの頂点(114a、114b、114c)の開口(113a、113b、113c)を有する。
本発明の一実施例は下記の段階を有する:
(a)第1シート層(2)を用意し、
(b)第1シート層(2)を第1ロールC2上で成形して縦方向の波形を第1シート層(2)に形成し、
(c)吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)の列に対応した凹部(91、91b、91c)を有する第2ロールC3上で上記の縦方向の波形を成形してポケット(4a、4)のパターンを作り、
(d)予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)を用意し、
(e)第2シート層(7)材料を供給し、固定して、第1シートとの間にをサンドイッチし、
(f)吸収剤物品(1)の仕上げ加工をする。
本発明の一実施例では、ロールC2とロールC3との間でシートへの応力を無くす段階をさらに有する。
本発明の一実施例では、ロールC2とカウンターロールCC2との間にシートを鋏み締ける段階をさらに有し、ロールC2およびカウンターロールCC2は互いに共同作用する溝(71、71b、71c、71d)とリブ(81、81b、81c、81d)とを有する。
本発明の一実施例では、上記のポケットを形成する段階が真空を加えることによって層(2)および/または(7)を第2ロールC3中に保持する。
本発明の一実施例では、ポケット間に結合用ビード(bead、玉縁)(5)、好ましくは接着剤のビードを供給する。
本発明の一実施例では、第1シート層と第2シート層の間に接着剤の層(3)および/または(8)を供給し、これらの層を結合する。
本発明の一実施例では、吸収剤物品(1)をカレンダー加工する工程をさらに有する。
本発明の一実施例では、シート層(2)および/または(7)が不織布である。
本発明の一実施例では、シート層(2)が液体不透過性で、シート層(7)が超吸収材料の集合体へ向かう液体の浸透を許す。

(a) ポリマー、例えばEVA、PE、PP、EEA(エチレン・アクリル酸エチル)および熱可塑性エラストマーまたはゴム、これはスチレン(ブロック)コポリマー、例えばSIS、SIBS、SEPS、SBS、SEBSまたはブタジエン−ベースのポリマー、さらにはポリエチレン−プロピレンコポリマー、例えばEPRおよびオレフィンブロックコポリマー(OBC)。これは無水マレイン酸等で化学的に修飾できる。典型的な重量平均値モル質量MWは60k Da〜400kDaの間にある。これは目的:機械強度、柔軟性、バリア特性、輝度および粘度調節に合わせて組成物の10〜80%、好ましくは15〜40%にすることができる。
(d)オイルのような可塑剤。組成物の約0〜30%。これらはホットメルトの柔軟性および粘性を制御する。
(e) 抗酸化剤。組成物の0.2〜2%にすることができる。これは加熱時および冷却時に各成分を安定化させる。
(f)充填材。紫外線抵抗性(耐酸化性)、防炎性、抗アレルギー性、レオロジ一変成等の特定特性が要求される場合に使用する。
Claims (16)
- 下記(i)〜(iii):
(i)吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)を有する第1シート層(2)、
(ii)上記吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)中に収容された超吸収剤材料の集合体(mass)(6)、
(iii)第1シート層(2)上に配置された第2シート層(7)、
を含む吸収剤物品(1)の、下記(a)〜(e)の段階から成ることを特徴とする製造方法:
(a)第1シート層(2)を用意し、
(b)上記吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)の列に対応する凹部(91、91b、91c)を有するロールC3を用いて第1シート層(2)に上記吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)を形成し、
(c)予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)を用意し、
(d)上記の予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)を回転分配ドラム(101、111)から供給し、この回転分配ドラム(101、111)は吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)の列に対応する開口(103a、103b、103c、103d、113a、113b、113c)をその外周上に有し、上記の予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)は上記の開口(103a、103b、103c、103d、113a、113b、113c)を通って上記回転分配ドラム(101、111)の内側部分に供給され、
(e)第2シート層(7)材料を供給し、固定して、第1シートとの間にをサンドイッチし、
(f)吸収剤物品(1)の仕上げ加工をする。 - 上記の予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)を上記回転分配ドラム(101、111)の内側部分から配達して、供給ライン(104a、104b、104c、104d)で上記回転分配ドラム(101、111)中に供給する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記供給ラインが加圧ガス噴射システムを有する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ドラム(101、111)がマンドレル(102)上に載置されている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記ドラム(111)がエンボスパターンの頂点(114a、114b、114c)の開口(113a、113b、113c)を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 下記の段階を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法:
(a)第1シート層(2)を用意し、
(b)第1シート層(2)を第1ロールC2上で成形して縦方向の波形を第1シート層(2)に形成し、
(c)吸収剤収容ポケット(4、4a)の列に対応した凹部(91、91b、91c)を有する第2ロールC3上で上記の縦方向の波形を成形してポケット(4a、4)のパターンを作り、
(d)予め計量した量のSAP微粒子材料(6)を用意し、
(e)第2シート層(7)材料を供給し、固定して、第1シートとの間にをサンドイッチし、
(f)吸収剤物品(1)の仕上げ加工をする。 - 第1ロールC2上での上記成形を第1ロールC2上の対応する波形表面上での第1シート層(2)の摩擦によって行なう請求項6に記載の方法。
- ロールC2とロールC3との間でシートへの応力を無くす段階をさらに有する請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- ロールC2とカウンターロールCC2との間にシートを鋏み締ける段階をさらに有し、ロールC2およびカウンターロールCC2は互いに共同作用する溝(71、71b、71c、71d)とリブ(81、81b、81c、81d)とを有する請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記のポケットを形成する段階が真空を加えることによって層(2)および/または(7)を第2ロールC3中に保持することから成る請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ポケット間に結合用ビード(5)、好ましくは接着剤のビードを供給する請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1シート層と第2シート層の間に接着剤の層(3)および/または(8)を供給し、これらの層を結合する請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 吸収剤物品(1)をカレンダー加工する工程をさらに有する請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- シート層(2)および/または(7)が不織布である請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- シート層(2)が液体不透過性で、シート層(7)が超吸収材料の集合体へ向かう液体の浸透を許す請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の吸収剤物品を製造し、得られた吸収剤物品をおしめ、トレーニングパンツ、衛生ナプキン、失禁衣服または包帯に変換する、トレーニングパンツ、衛生ナプキン、失禁衣服または包帯の製造方法。
