Claims (5)

  1. 流体入口を流体出口に流体接続する流体導管、及び
    前記流体導管内に配置されたろ過材を備えるろ過装置であって、
    前記ろ過材が、COXPSにより測定され、式中、Eは、S、Se、及びTeのうちの少なくとも1つから選択され、xは0.1以下であり、yは0.005〜0.3である)の表面を有する炭素基材を含む、
    ろ過装置。
  2. 前記炭素基材が、前記炭素基材の合計質量に基づいて、0.90質量%未満の窒素を含む、請求項1に記載のろ過装置。
  3. 前記炭素基材が、前記炭素基材の合計質量に基づいて、2.0質量%を超える硫黄を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のろ過装置。
  4. クロラミンを含む水溶液を用意する工程と、
    前記水溶液、COXPSにより測定され、式中、Eは、S、Se、及びTeのうちの少なくとも1つから選択され、xは0.1以下であり、yは0.005〜0.3である)の表面を有する炭素基材を含む組成物接触させる工程と
    を含む、水溶液からクロラミンを除去する方法。
  5. 炭素基材をカルコゲン含有化合物接触させる工程と、
    酸素の存在下で、300℃〜1200℃の温度まで加熱する工程とを含み、
    前記酸素の形態が、二原子酸素、二酸化硫黄、水、二酸化炭素、及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、カーボンオキシカルコゲナイドの製造方法。
